上層是敞篷的，可以讓您居高臨下的車遊臺北市，觀賞日間及夜間臺北不同的風貌。

目前雙層觀光巴士運營紅色及藍色兩條線路，兩條線路的始發點都是在臺北車站的M4出口，有獨立的站牌可以很容易的識別。
Blue and red line all departure from Taipei Main Station. Bus stop is easy to find where near M4 MRT exit.
（藍線）是從臺北車站經過知名的圓山飯店以及士林夜市行駛到故宮博物院。
(Blue line) from Taipei Main Station to National Palace Museum and will pass Grand hotel and Shilin night market.
（紅線）則是由臺北車站經過臺北幾個不同的熱鬧的商圈，到達101。

站牌就在這M4出口的旁邊。

右邊大大的方格，就是二維碼的掃碼機，只要將手中的二維碼（手機內的或是列印出來的都可以）靠上去一掃，就完成讀票的程序了。非常簡單方便。

長期以來臺北市的公交在乘客要下車的時候，是要按鈴通知司機的，不然司機會以為本站無人要下車而不停車的哦！這個由來是因為臺北人其實不喜歡車子每站都停的，大家想車子直達自己想去的目的地，後來產生的運作規則。
This is a button for ringing to inform bus driver someone would like to get off. It is the same rules as city bus. Bus driver will pass bus stop if no one ring for get off.

來到了上層，前半段是有透明天窗的室內，在天氣熱的時候，可以享受室內有空調的環境。有注意到左前方的電視嗎？這是可以讓旅客在車上唱歌的設備哦。
