各位老師好，71屆國際電化學年會Belgrade Online北京時間8月31日（周一）下午15:00開幕，這是首次ISE線上年會，主會+分會+講座+研討會+poster，屆時有諾獎得主等大咖報告，視頻與線上互動結合，形式豐富，足不出戶就能參加大型國際會議，敬請期待！ 我們根據ISE網站信息整理了個簡易「攻略」，謹供各位老師提前準備和參考。

十分感謝電化學委員會秘書處的工作，特別是方益秘書長及陳軍主任提供的重要會議信息和細節及中心會議程序！ISE於今年4月基於全球疫情而決定將已準備一年多的71屆大會轉為線上形式，並非常努力且花費大量時間準備了很強大的線上會議軟體WebApp和學術報告，展現了國際大型學術組織的專業性和應急能力，其間得到了包括各位在內的各國電化學工作者的大力支持，藉此表示衷心感謝！
ISE在發給註冊代表的通知和網站中特別強調版權問題，依據國際學術（會議）慣例，所有報告人皆有其報告的版權，他人不可拷貝和傳播（若需要可直接聯繫報告人索取），請大家提醒學生和同事們。謝謝！
