1、12月6日荷蘭的聖誕節
英語中聖誕老人稱為Santa Claus，來自荷蘭語Sinter Klass。相傳在公元4世紀有一位主教名為尼古拉斯，因經常給窮人送禮而廣受讚譽，人們尊稱他為聖尼古拉斯（Saint Nicholas）。尼古拉斯曾經把金幣放進正在烘烤的襪子裡，幫助三個因貧窮而無法與未婚夫結婚的女孩出嫁。這正是聖誕老人把禮物放進襪子傳統的由來。
為了紀念他，荷蘭人每年在12月6日前夕舉行慶祝活動。所以荷蘭人的聖誕節時間為12月6日。由於Sinter Nikolas，聽起來很像Sinter Klass，最終演變成英語聖誕老人Santa Claus。
2、1月7日俄羅斯的聖誕節
由於俄羅斯人大部分人信奉東正教，而東正教日期採用儒略曆，儒略曆的聖誕節比傳統聖誕節要晚13天，所以每年1月7號俄羅斯才慶祝聖誕節。
在1月6號平安夜這天晚上，政商名流都會前往教堂參加聖誕節的守夜活動。在聖誕節來臨前的40天是齋期，俄羅斯人會守齋直至聖誕節。待到聖誕節時會被奉上12道聖誕大餐，大飽口福。
1、聖誕襪
Christmas socks are usually a pair of big red socks, of any size. Because Christmas stockings are used to hold gifts, they are children's favorite things. In the evening, they will hang their socks by the bed and wait for the gift to be received the next morning.
通常是一對紅色的大襪子，大小不拘。因為聖誕襪是用來裝禮物的，所以這是小朋友最喜歡的東西，晚上他們會將自己的襪子掛在床邊，等待第二天早上收禮。
2、聖誕帽
Christmas hat is usually a red triangle hat. It is said that when you put it on at night, in addition to sleeping soundly and warm, you will find some more gifts from your beloved in the hat the next day.
通常是一頂紅色的三角形帽子，據說晚上戴上睡覺，除了睡得安穩和暖和以外，第二天還會發現在帽子裡多了點心愛的人送的禮物。
3、聖誕樹
Decorating a Christmas tree is one of the most famous traditions in Christmas celebrations. Usually people put an evergreen, such as a pine, around Christmas. Decorate with Christmas lights and colorful decorations, and place an angel or star on the top of the tree.
裝飾聖誕樹是聖誕節慶祝中最有名的傳統之一。通常人們在聖誕前後把一棵常綠植物，例如松樹。用聖誕燈和彩色的裝飾物裝飾，並把一個天使或星星放在樹的頂上。
4.聖誕大餐
Just like the New Year's Eve dinner, Europeans and Americans also pay attention to family reunion at Christmas. They will sit around the Christmas tree and have a festive meal together. Americans love to eat turkey at Christmas, while the British love to eat roast goose.
正如我們過春節吃年夜飯一樣，歐美人過聖誕節也很注重全家團聚，圍坐在聖誕樹下，共進節日美餐。美國人聖誕節愛吃火雞，英國人則愛吃烤鵝。
