  On October 6th to 8th 2016, Liza's 4th qua

rter marketingmeeting was held in Xuanhua, hebei province. The whole event was broken down tothe following sessions: training, facto

ry tour, a day and a half was spent on updates report meeting of pump truck section, crane tr

uck section, servicesection. The meeting on li

ability and financial affairs lasted 2.5 days whi

ch was followed by the marketing meeting. All leaders of Loxa, and all departments of the fac

tories participated in all parts of the event men

tioned above. The meeting generated a satisfa

ctory outcome.

  On the morning of October 8th, the marke

ting meeting entitled" controlling the risks, be-

-ing driven by operation, growing through com-

-petition" went smoothly

  The meeting was hosted by president Lia

ng Zhaowen of Loxa, with about 200 participa

nts who were leaders of Loxa,people in charge

of the manufacturing department, marketing

staff working inthe forefront as well as the re

presentatives of graduates in 2016 fresh out ofcollege. The focal point of this meeting was summarizing the operational work of the first three quarters and strategizing the marketing

-relate work indetail for the fourth quarter so that the whole-year goal of sales will be met,

and that will set  the year 2017 off to a good start.

  The meeting was kicked off with apresent

-ation named" harnessing the synergy, being customers' demandsdriven, ensuring to meet the sales goals" given by the general manager of marketing center Mr Luo peng. He made a detailed plan for the fourth quarter inthe spirit of "being valuable clients-centered, being dri

ven by the top-notch skills of both marketing and engineering, achieving growth by compe

ting with others".

  A clarification on restraining any violation

of the legal policy was made by the deputy m

anager of marketing department Guo zhenhua

President Liangzhaowen explicitly stated that we should attach an importance to the violati

on restraining policy implemented by the gove

rnment at the current stage. This is different from all the previous ones.Given that the poli

cy issued this time is enforced by the joint eff

ort of five governmental departments, therefo

re it's more rigid than before. It needs to be co

nfronted with a more systematic planning. He made a detailed delegation of what should ea

ch of the following part do, including product design, operation,marketing so on and so for

th.The responsibility of monitoring whether or not all the operations are run in accordance with the law falls on marketing.

  Late but the least, president Liang zhao

wen gave a speech and made the plannings in the following aspects:Firstly, how to make the fourth quarter marketing meeting happen in Xuanhua. As we are tying up the loose ends of the factory relocation at the end of October.

Xuanhua will become the only manufacturing site of Loxa-made products. But some market

ing staff had never been to the factory prior to the date of the meeting.Through holding the event here, it gave them an opportunity to get an idea of the scale, capacity of the factory in order to pump up their confidence which will turn into a positive energy of self-motivation to do the sales even better. The life of 1100 employees based in Xuanhua and more than 700 families behind them hinge on the profit generated by sales, it makes achieving our an

-nual goal just that much more of a top priority

  Secondly, about cultivating and sharing the talent pool: by having leaders of R&D, proc

urement,manufacturing techniques departmen

ts etc attend the meeting, we managed to rea

ct quickly to the currently existing problems in market, in addition, we could provide a platfo

rm on which people working in all these fields could learn more about that of others'. By hav

ing people who usually work behind the scene like factory workers get to know a thing or two about marketing by being a part of their team is how they can have a better knowledge of the products and the corporation as a whole, strengthen their loyalty to the company and brand, it works the other way around too. That helps creat an information flow between de

parments.

  Number three, regarding liability and finan

-cial affairs, this carries a lot of weight in daily operation. It can determine if things are run ac

-cording to the plan. Even if at times the organi

-zational structure is already in place, employe

es are ready to go,especially when they are of high-caliber, there are still a number of unde

rlining issues, namely low efficiency. The man

-agement and promotion department should take the initiative in remodeling the organizati

onal procedure, shortening the process of che

cking for approval, merging and optimizing Hu

man Resources, improving the accuracy and efficiency of holding the responsible parties accountable, so that we can meet the target in this regard.

  Number four, as far as service is concern

-ed: it needs to follow through the stretegic plans made before to creat the core competiti

veness, Foton and especially its joint venture with Diamler has a top-quality service resour

ces we could utilize. Deputy manager Wang fengis assigned to initiate the project of speed

ing up the recruitment, trainingand skills impro

vement of service engineers for meeting the demand of the fast-growing development of the fourth quarter.

  Number 5, network building. Our pattern of sales is -distribution+ direct sales. While the distribution network has a large space for improvement, the direct sales is a back-up. It's key point is to help sales reps get the orders, but the delivery falls on the dealers. The sales reps aren't given the right to deliver the goods themselves.It's marketing center's job to imple

-ment every aspect of the network expansion by strictly complying with the network plann

ing and core network cultivating policy of the company. 

  Lastly, Mr Liang Zhaowen emphasized that all divisions of Loxa should join hands in making the sales goal a reality and building a sound foundation for the coming year. He also spoke highly of the meeting's outcome.
