Last week, i implement a whole week process of caculate. But at saturday, ome unkown problems occured which result in the restart of my computer. I came to office at Monday and found that everything was gone.
To find out the problems, i checked the command last and lastb. in there, i find a plenty of failed signments of ip address 10.192.108.28. I start to suspect that it's the attack from there which result in the restart of my computer and the interrupt of my process.
I spend a whole day to improve the protection the violence crack of my computer. I installed fail2ban and uninstall the openssh* use the command "yum remove openssh*". But during i uninstall the openssh*, it was interrupt by unknown reason. And the computer was restart and stock when the screen displayed the following words "Started Update UTMP about system Runlevel Changes." And i use ctrl+alt+F6 enter the command line screen, forbid the "nouveau" and canllceled the forbid of "nouveau" and restart. But at that time, i can't enter the graphical interface.
To solve the graphical interface, i installed "X Window System" and "GNOME Desktop", use command: yum groupinstall "X Window System" && yum groupinstall -y "GNOME Desktop". But the comman init 5 can't let myself get into the graphical interface. i used the command startx and i successed when the root login.
The next day, i came to the office and i try to start the graphical interface using account of myself. But it failed and the following words show up:

And I was continue to read files in the /var/log/. Finally, i found that the restart of my computer was implemented by some kinds of unknown reason. It hads nothing to do with the intruder because there was no log in history of him and the operation during the Sunday daylight was the computer who want to repair the system errors. though i hadn't find out where the error is.
But i did a stupid thing in the Tuesday. I operate the command "yum update " and then use the related command to let yum rollback. and a plenty of stupid operation. And now my language can't change to the Chinese, this is why i use my bad English to write this article. But to the operation now i operate, the sound is OK. I watched Television yesterday. And the bam2fasta can operate. But the git cannot work.
Maybe there are plenty of problems. But I think i need to solve them one by one when them appear. But now i want to continue to operate the gene analyze work. I am in a hurry to graduate all in all.
i will refresh the solution once i solved the problem. If it doesn't work i will install the system again.
