Storyline: Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok, the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization, at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela.

The trailer for this looks excellent, but will the movie deliver? Another same day release with the USA, we'd say this is another must-see film for November, but of a very different genre. And this star-studded cast is just humongous.
Plot: A lavish train ride unfolds into a stylish & suspenseful mystery. From the novel by Agatha Christie, Hercule Poirot's Murder on the Orient Express tells of thirteen stranded strangers and one man's race to solve the puzzle before the murderer strikes again.
We've all read the story, maybe even seen the other films. Our fingers are crossed for this one.

In 1940s, the Japanese attack on the Pearl Harbor and destroyed the Americans' morale. The president of America, Franklin Roosevelt, decided to risk it all to bomb Tokyo, raising more hope of the public. Bombardment air crafts led by U.S lieutenant colonel Doolittle took off from a massive aircraft carrier. However, after completing their missions, the bombardment air craft pilots had to bail out at the coastal areas near Zhejiang due to the air craft's shortage of fuel.
A young pilot, Jack Turner, was saved by a young local widow named Ying, who risked her life as she hid the injured American pilot in her house. Despite not being able to communicate verbally, they fell for each other and a tear-jerking love story went on between those two. Of course they did.
FYI This joint production between China and Denmark will be in both English and Chinese.

Yes, we know this one came out in January, but this is China on the other side of the world. It takes a little longer to get things over here. If you haven't already downloaded it, this is a great police drama.
On April 15, 2013 Boston, Massachusetts, Police Sergeant, Tommy Saunders is pulling security duty on the annual Boston Marathon when the Tsarnaev brothers strike with their homemade bombs in an act of terrorism. In the resulting chaos as the wounded are cared for, Saunders and his comrades join forces with the FBI to get to the bottom of this attack.
As the investigation continues, the Tsarnaev brothers realize that the authorities are close to identifying them and attempt to flee the city to continue their fanatical mayhem. To stop them, a police manhunt is performed that would have bloody confrontations and a massive dragnet shutting down the City of Boston to make sure there is no escape from the law.

We really have no idea what this movie is doing in this list... First of all, it's a rarely seen foreign horror film. Secondly, it came out in 2013. 😂
Following in the footsteps of her late fiancée, who drowned under mysterious circumstances, Rebecca (played by Katie Savoy) and her film crew are in China making a documentary about the Chinese Ghost Festival. There, she learns of a story about a concubine Chan Ju Chi who is violently murdered and thrown into a well by the head concubine Ping Wei (Played by JuJu Chan) within the secret grounds of a palace.
Legend has it that the Chan Ju Chi has risen to become a "jiangshi", killing innocent people in the hope of taking over their bodies. Things take a turn when a worker is attacked in a decrepit well within an old palace. Rebecca tries to piece together the mystery behind the legend as one by one the people she knows are gruesomely murdered.
