Buyer for Procurement
Job Mission:
To support the Group’s business strategy by developing and managing a preferred supply base that enhances the Group’s sustainable competiveness advantage by procuring materials, services and assets.
Main responsibilities:
•Define and deploy purchasing strategies for the categories under management;
•Execute all the required operational activities related with procurement and management of materials and services required for the company, according with the defined policies,
•Negotiate the best purchasing terms and conditions according to the purchasing policy of the company;
•Perform regular Market analysis and benchmarking to ensure the continuous improvement in both cost and quality;
•Liaise with other Sites to ensure the right level of spend is captured, and consolidated and economies of scale attained, thereby leveraging the company’s global buying power;
•Meet the KPIs defined for the Area.
Profile:
•Degree in Engineering/ related technical areas or in Economics/Management
•Preferred experience in procurement
•Experience in Maintenance and Engineering field
•Knowledge of the Chinese market culture and ability to speak the market language
•Good analytical and negotiation skills
•Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
•Willing to travel
•Able to work under pressure and tight schedule

Head of Information Technology
Job mission
To set direction by translating IT strategic goals and objectives into plans and deliverables for the Site.To implement Site influences policy, initiates and leads technical and business change.
Main responsibilities:
•Responsible for all the services provided by the Site and other specify locations. These include network, systems, operations, software, and IT training services
•Installation, maintenance and correct set-up of computer systems, hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring these are always operating in proper conditions
•Local Area Network administration (set-up of systems configuration, installation and set-up of hardware, software, and peripherals, etc.)
•Messaging systems administration (set-up of systems configuration, creation of users, verification of communications performance, etc.)
•Participation in IT related projects management in line with group policy
•Set up rules and guidelines in line with Group IT Strategy for local implementation
•Maintain Site team up to date with applicable hardware and software knowledge.
•Prepare and control departmental budget,
•Ensure IT operational environment working up-to-date and efficiently,
•Meet the KPIs defined for the Area.
Profile：
•Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
•A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT leadership role.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all level of team members
•Excellent team player and committed the jobs under pressure
•Fluent in written, spoken English and Chinese
•Experience with SAP, Microsoft Technologies and products, enterprise storage, networking, communications, and Oracle DB is desired.
•Experienced with Disaster Recovery designs and Business Continuity
•Knowledge of current development in the IT fields
•Able to work under pressure & tight schedule
•Strong sense of responsibility with self-motivated, good problem solving and analytical skills
