基於Ansoft Maxwell的鼠籠型三相異步電機有限元分析

摘要:鼠籠型異步電機是三相異步電機的一種,結構簡單、堅固耐用、運行效率高、價格低廉,在日常生活、工業生產、石油礦石開採、港口碼頭等眾多領域得到廣泛應用。以鼠籠型三相異步電機為模型,運用Ansoft Maxwell軟體搭建仿真模型,進行網格剖分、賦予材料與激勵源等設置,求解並分析模型在靜穩態以及瞬態不同時刻的磁場分布,為電機的設計與優化提供參考依據。

The Finite Element Analysis of Squirrel Cage Three-phase Asynchronous Motor Based on Ansoft Maxwell

Abstract: Squirrel cage asynchronous motor is a kind of three-phase asynchronous motor. It has simple structure, durability, high efficiency and low price. It has been widely used in many fields such as daily life, industrial production, petroleum ore mining, port and wharf. Taking squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor as model, Ansoft Maxwell software was used to build simulation model, mesh generation, material assignment and excitation source settings were carried out, and the magnetic field distribution of the model at static
and steady state and different instantaneous time was solved and analyzed, which provided reference for the design and optimization of the motor.
