TheJapanese National Police Agency has launched an investigation on whether a tubeof Uranium was sold in an auction on Yahoo Japan.
日本警察廳最近對是否有一試管的鈾在雅虎上被拍賣展開了調查。
A glasstube labelled 「Uranium 99.9%」 is the main focus of this investigation. Thecontent of said tube has been tested to be radioactive, although it remainsunclear whether the substance was indeed Uranium, and if it is, whether it isenriched as it was labeled.
The auctionfirst came to the Japanese nuclear energy authority, who proceeded to warn thenational police force. The seller and several bidders have been taken by thepolice for questioning.
本次調查的關注點是一個標有「濃縮於99.9%」的玻璃試管。此試管的內容物現已被測試顯放射性，不過現在仍不清楚該試管內物質是否真的是鈾，並且如果真的是的話，有沒有像其標籤顯示的一樣被濃縮提煉過。
這次拍賣首先被日本國家核能管理機關注意到，之後他們照會了日本警察廳。此拍賣中的拍賣者和幾位競價者已被警方帶走進行審問。
