山東乳山，可能很多人不一定很熟悉。
但是，43歲的宮本杲突然「火」了。
作為乳山市長，他以帥氣的形象，用流利的英文，為城市代言的視頻贏得點讚一片，圈粉無數。據不完全統計，截至目前，宮本杲用英文演講的視頻在海內外部分媒體平臺的點擊量超過3500萬。僅乳山市官方微信「乳山發布」點擊量就超過30萬，美國、德國、法國、瑞典等國外商會表達來乳山考察的意向。
下面一起來看看演講視頻，我逐詞逐句做了文字還原：
你有沒有發現，中國人聽中國人講英文，你很容易懂！不像聽外國人演講，你聽起來有些費勁？
這是因為，我們很多人還不具備英語思維。我們從中文思維去講英語、聽英語，我們熟悉我們的講話邏輯，況且我們很多時候，用的詞彙和句型也沒有那麼複雜！
但這並不影響交流！乳山市長的演講也是這樣！如果要從英語專業的角度去評判，發音和用詞的確需要再提升！但是，作為非英語專業畢業，又是土生土長的政府官員，本杲市長已經講得很不錯了！
況且，他說，他只準備了10分鐘，並沒有提前去準備和打磨演講稿！
Hi, my friends!
My name is Gong Bengao, I am the mayor of Rushan city. Today I want to introduce my city to you. As you know I have worked in Los Angeles for three years. At that time, many people when they visited the U.S., they always asked me which city I should come.
乳山市，後面可以加山東省，這樣更完整一點。有一些中國人也不知道乳山在哪裡？對外國人介紹，可以加Shandong province,China. 最後一句也可以是they always ask me: which city should I choose/travel/visit?
I always tell them. Come to California, because here, you can enjoy the sunshine. But today, I want to introduce and tell the foreign people that when you come to China, go to Rushan! to my city. Because in China, my city won a very famous name as Eastern Hawaii.
本段是today與他在美國工作時的對比，前面幾個句子，動詞用過去式。Tell=told, come=came, can=could , 另外，here=there。the foreign people=the foreign friends更客氣一些. 在用won這個詞時，發音有問題。形容東方夏威夷可以用the Oriental Hawaii 。由於廈門很早就被美國前總統讚譽為「東方夏威夷」，所以這個乳山的翻譯也可以理解是中國東部的夏威夷。我理解不一定正確，如果理解不到位，向乳山道歉啦！
In the seaside, we have a sand beach about 20 kilometers(long), the sand beach is so beautiful , its colour is just like silver,so Chinese people always say " This is the most beautiful sand beach in China."
這一段還是中式思維，意思都能理解。In=At, we用在這裡是否合適？用there is是不是更好？最後一句我理解市長的自豪感，想表達「天下第一灘」的概念。如果這樣表達，三亞亞龍灣海灘、北海銀灘、陽江海陵島海灘、深圳大鵬半島海灘、廈門環島路海灘、舟山朱家尖海灘、日照萬平口海灘、青島金沙灘、秦皇島海灘和大連棒棰島海灘等兄弟海灘是否服氣？是不是可以用 one of the most beautiful 更謙虛一些？
In Summer times, many chinese people, even foreigners come here for swimming and vacationing, and enjoy the summer times.
vacation可以用做動詞，在此如果做動詞，用vacationing。enjoy the summer times避免與上面重複，也可以用 enjoy/enjoying their holildays 。
Then how about winter times? I tell them, in winter times, come to Rushan, because we are the most famous hometown can output the best oyster in China.
winter times前面少了介詞，後面的句子從語法角度是個病句，沒有處理好謂語動詞。we用的也不好。英語表達喜歡用人做主語，是我們很多外語學習者的通病。後面按照市長的意思應該是because it is the most famous tometown of the best oyster in China. 當然，這裡用了most beaufitul 和the best兩個最高級我就不考證了。
Besides oysters, we also have very famous white wine, the name is Taiyi Lake White Wine,.This white wine is very famous, because it just won the champion and got the gold medal in an international competition such as the Brussels wine competition.
第一句表達的意思是Besides oysters, we also have very famous white wine named Taiyi Lake. Won的發音有點問題，沒有聽出來。既然前面用的是 an internation，後面的such as是不是有點問題，最後的布魯塞爾大賽是不是Spirits Selection by Concours Mondial de Bruxelles單元？
So at winter times, when you come to Rushan, you can enjoy the wonderful seafood,enjoy the oyster , together with white wine.
enjoy的發音需要提高，不過，很好了！
Why not come? but while you enjoy the scenery and life in Rushan city, i will tell you , as a mayor,i want to open up and make a base for foreigners and all friends when they come to china to develop the business. no matter trading or building factories. All my duty and all my job can give you a lot of help.
Just now we raised a funds about 1000，000 RMB to help the foreigners to open their business. This fund,we call it angel venture capital,when you have very good technology and want to open chinese market, or even find partner in china, my government and my people will help you anywhere.
So seeing is believing, no matter for very good seneries or for very good chance you come to China, the local government of Rushan City will do my best to help you. Welcome to my beautiful city. Remember me also remember my city the Eastern Hawaii.
