02Since的用法
since作為介詞，對時間的描述，實際是指從某個具體的時間點開始的，持續到現在。
例如：I've lived here since 2018.
我從2018年就居住在這裡了。（一直到現在）
She has been worrying about her exam since this morning.
從早上開始她就開始擔心這次考試了。
I've been playing soccer since I was five years old.
我從5歲起就開始踢足球了。
03For的用法
for作為介詞描述時間，一般是指一段時間，時間段。
例如：He has studied for five years.
他已經學習了5年了。
She has been worrying about her exam since this morning for three hours.
從今天早上開始，她已經為考試擔心了三個小時了。
可以看到和上面的since相比，for需要指定一個時間段，而since僅需要指定開始時間即可。
I've been playing soccer for thirty years.
我已經踢球30年了。
He hasn't eaten since this morning.
他從早上起就沒有吃飯。
He hasn't eaten for five hours.
他已經5個小時沒有吃飯了。
04Until的用法
Until作為介詞在描述時間的時候，和since相反，一般指時間的結尾。
例如：I drove that car until 2019.
我從2019年就開那輛車了。
She worried about her exam until it was finished.
直到考試結束，她都在擔心這個考試。
I played soccer until I broke my leg.
在我摔斷腿之前我都在踢足球。
He didn't have a smart phone until 2009.
直到2009年我才有了一部智慧型手機。
I didn't realize I could learn English until today.
直到今天我才意識到我能夠學習英語。

Ricky the raccoon walked into a bar and asked for a beer. The bartender looked surprised and said, " I haven't seen you here sincelast year!"
