在職場經常要用到英語的朋友，下班和加班的表達方式應該都很了解的，可是想跟上司請假，看著電腦屏幕卻不知道要怎麼表述好～今天就帶大家看看各種句型以及例句，讓你輕鬆表達自己的想法噢！
關於請假的單詞和例句
1. 事假：personal leave
2. 病假：sick leave
3. 公假：official leave
4. 年假：annual leave
→ annual表示「每年的、年度的」
5. 婚假；marriage leave
6. 產嫁；maternity leave
→ maternity 表示「產婦的」或「產房」；maternity dress 表示「孕婦裝」、 maternity leave 則為「產假」
7. 陪產假：paternity leave
8. 生理假：menstruation leave
→ menstruation 表示 「月經、經期」；女生月經來可以說：I』ve got my period. 嗚嗚，我記得在上學的時候還可以請生理假，上班之後就沒再請過了～好懷念
9. 喪假：funeral leave
10. 無薪假：unpaid leave ∕ unpaid vacation
11. 帶薪休假：paid leave ∕ paid vacation
常用句型：I』d like to take ∕ ask for leave of absence for days.
1. 我要請兩天病假：
I』d like to ask for sick leave of absence for 2 days.
2. 我要請一天年假：
I』d like to take annual leave of absence for a day.
3. 我要請三天的（事）假：
I』d like to take 3 days leave.
= I』d like to ask for 3 days of leave.／I』d like to ask for a 3-day leave.
（注意：句子中寫」leave」 或 「leave of absence」都可以，只是後者比較正式喔！另外， 「leave」 這個單詞是不可數，所以不要隨意加 「a」 ！）
實用詞組：1. 打電話請病假：call in sick
Alan早上打電話請病假：Alan called in sick this morning.
2. 裝病請假：pull a sickie
他裝病去看棒球賽：He pulled a sickie to go to the baseball game.
3. 代理職務：cover for
你今晚可以幫我代班嗎？：Could you cover for me tonight?

1. 上班：go to work
2.下班：get off work／knock off work
→我下班打給你：
I』ll call you as soon as I get off work.
→他今天沒辦法準時下班：
He can’t get off work on time today.
關於加班的句型
→他拒絕假日加班：
He refused to work overtime on weekends.
（誰會願意假期加班啊哈哈哈！）
4. 加班費：overtime (pay)
→（老闆問）你今天可以加班嗎？：
Would you work overtime today?
出差的單詞及句型：
去某地點出差：go on / be on / take a business trip to 地點
1. 他在歐洲出差：He is on a business trip in Europe.
2. Naomi下個月去紐約出差：
=Naomi will take a business trip to New York next month.
=Naomi will go to New York on a business next month.
