一、外卡收單和平臺收款的區別
平臺客戶比如亞馬遜等會採用Payoneer派安盈、Pingpong、連連、萬裡匯WorldFirst等作為收款的工具。
但是以上公司並不是每一家都可以支持外卡收單！
外卡收單和平臺收款是兩個部門！
目前老牌的平臺收款公司或者結匯公司已經開設外卡收單的只有pingpong。
同時，外卡收單的第三方公司一般會收取費用說明（行業概況）：
1、開戶費，年費，服務費等；
2、10%的資金，滾動180天；
3、妥投（買家收到貨之後）+10天，可以發起結匯提款；
4、每個月有固定的提現日期，一般會設3個左右；
5、外卡支付，買家一般半年內可以申請退款；
6、每筆交易會收取手續費：3點幾；
二、PayPal的使用率和使用國家？
正常做獨立站首選的國家是美國，其次是美、加、澳、英四國，再然後考慮歐洲國家。
美國PayPal使用率比較高，對於初建站來說，PayPal是首選以及必備。
但是不容忽視的是，美國人也習慣使用信用卡支付，人手一張信用卡毫不誇張。
所以，企業主也應該了解外卡收單的情況。
三、企業主如何申請PayPal？
首選，PayPal是分個人帳戶與企業帳戶兩種 https://www.paypal.com/c2/webapps/mpp/account-selection
對於帳戶的類型有幾點說明：
1、Shopyy支持PayPal個人帳戶，也支持PayPal企業帳戶；
2、PayPal的企業帳戶需要上傳營業執照；
3、PayPal的企業帳戶，提交後，不可修改。
4、信息要保證正確。
PS：PayPal官網關於帳戶驗證內容：
如果您的帳戶還未獲得認證，您可以選擇添加並驗證您的銀聯卡或其他發卡機構的信用卡：驗證您的銀聯卡：我們將通過簡訊向您的手機發送一個驗證碼。您可以在您的PayPal帳戶中輸入此代碼，然後立即完成驗證。驗證您的信用卡：我們將向您的信用卡收取1.95美元，從而向您發送一個4位數PayPal代碼。您需要在2-3個工作日內查看對帳單，獲取該代碼，並在PayPal帳戶中輸入該代碼。在您完成此卡的驗證後，該筆費用將退還到您的卡上。退款可能最多需要30天才會顯示在您的卡對帳單上。
除了驗證卡以外，還涉及到驗證郵箱，包括首次收款會有一定時間的凍結期（都會有）等等，詳細可以諮詢官方客服。
四、Shopyy支付如何配置PayPal？
我們重點要使用的是PayPal的幾個不錯的功能（個人企業號均支持）：
詳情頁，一鍵PayPal；購物車頁，PayPal+Paypal Credit Card；買家登陸PayPal自動同步地址，省略填寫物流步驟。登陸Shopyy後臺：https://accounts.shopyy.com/invite-huanghuihong
配置——支付配置——編輯後臺默認的 「Paypal/Credit Card」——授權
授權後，可以按照Derek這個圖去配置即可：
PayPal支持買家在沒有PayPal帳戶的情況下，在我們的網站去刷信用卡付款！！！

五、外卡該怎麼選？為什麼會有拒付和失敗？

條紋Stripe、錢海、Pingpong Pay、通聯……….等等等等。
為什麼拒付，怎麼辦？
拒付的原因有很多，許多專業的第三方公司會說明白，但是歸根到底就是服務與專業度。主動找買家尋求解決方案。完善購物體驗，包括產品質量與物流，尤其在爆款增量時候。能退就退，有申訴就退。
風控系統有什麼不同？
盜刷檢測買家信用檢測（拒付次數過多什麼的）異地，代購等等，有風險的訂單
有時候企業主們發現支付成功率低，很可能是因為各種各樣的風控系統幫助咱們排除了風險訂單。
