　　【搜狐IT消息】北京時間8月10日消息，本期《移動新發現》要為大家介紹的是一款iOS平臺新生兒取名參考類應用「Popular Baby Names」。

　　「Popular Baby Names」為準媽媽、準爸爸們列舉出了近100年來最流行的姓名、2010年姓名百強排行榜等供用戶進行參考。而且，除了列舉出姓名之外，「Popular Baby Names」還為用戶找出了該姓名背後所蘊含的寓意、排名上升下降情況及其原始出處。比如，「Derrick」（德裡克）這個名字，「Popular Baby Names」顯示Derrick主要用於男性，源自英語，主要意味著「人們的力量」。

　　「Popular Baby Names」的主要特色還包括有：

　　1. 支持姓名搜索功能，用戶可根據性別、意義、出處等條件自定義搜索範圍；

　　2. 整合Facebook及Twitter,方便用戶及時與好友分享；

　　3. 應用整合了超過十個國家的數百個姓名供用戶參考；
