Strike this off your list with lunch here, where quality is not compromised and you could get away with spending $40 for the mazechirashi set where the chirashi is served with salad, miso soup, pickles and a trio of dainty-looking desserts. The bowl holds a colourful medley of seasonal seafood including tuna and tuna belly, scallop, mackerel, ikura (salmon roe), ika (squid), shrimp, sweet tamago (egg) and even uni (sea urchin gonads). These are all proportionately chopped, accentuated with freshly grated wasabi and pickled ginger, and sits atop slightly warm, high quality rice.

座落在Goodwood Park Hotel裡,是新加坡最好的日本餐廳之一。所以他們家的omakase晚餐也是有點小貴的(S$280++)。但是超值的午餐確是您不二的選擇。只要花上S$35.90就能吃到專業的大廚親手製作的bara chirashi bento套餐。整碗飯裡洋溢著海一樣的新鮮滋味;生魚片、鮭魚、鮪魚、箭魚,伊倉(鮭魚卵)再加上蒸雞蛋和油炸嫩豆腐。性價比超高,又美味,又能吃到飽!
Tatsuya, the lunch sets make for good-value choices without compromising on quality. The bara chirashi (chunks of mixed sashimi on sushi rice) bento set at $35.90 is brimming with fresh, cubed raw fish. The set comes with soup, chawanmushi (steamed egg) and agedashi tofu (deep-fried silken tofu).

Mikuni Chirashi: thick cuts of top quality mixed sashimi on sushi rice. At a pricey $90, this is a celebrant’s dish. Depending on the season, Chef Moon at this restaurant in Fairmont Singapore may pick any of these ingredients: fresh prawns with a glassy, plump sheen, uni (sea urchin roe) and maguro, aburi sake (lightly torched salmon), otoro ( fatty tuna), bulging hotate (scallops), salmon roe or mackerel.

位於索美塞地鐵站附近的Triple One(111)商場內,店內有壽司吧,清酒吧,榻榻米房間和可容納12人的VIP房間。來吃午餐的都會點他們家的Chirashi套餐,實惠又好吃,僅售S$35,比起其他高檔餐廳的什錦飯來說,他們家的絕對稱得上高性價比。EBI(蝦),HOTATE(扇貝),鮭魚,鮪魚,旗魚和TAMAGO(蛋)配上芥末和醃製過的姜條。味道完全不輸那些擁有奢華食材的Chirashi!
It serves set lunches and dinners, and the chirashizushi ($35) is a reliable option for a good standard bowl of sushi rice topped with assorted sliced raw fish. It is plump with ingredients such as ebi (prawn), hotate (scallop), salmon, tuna, swordfish and tamago (egg), and generous dollops of wasabi and slivers of pickled ginger.
