AM設計 | 五星級酒店典型客房配置需求

五星級酒店的客房是客人接觸最多，使用時間最長的部位，其舒適、使用、方便直接影響酒店品質，一般酒店管理公司都會有針對客房方面的配置要求，詳細規定客房的細節要求，本篇文章將分享某國際連鎖酒店管理公司，對於客房的一些配置要求，並結合一個實際項目進行說明。

The guest rooms of five-star hotels are the places where the guests contact most and use the longest time. Their comfort, usage and convenience directly affect the quality of the hotels. 1.在客房走廊側，靠近客房設置門鈴及DND（請勿打擾）指示，當DND指示燈亮顯時，門鈴不可以使用，指示按鈕高度在1400mm。

1. On the corridor side of the guest room, set doorbell and DND instructions near the guest room. When the DND indicator lights are on, the doorbell can not be used. The height of the indicator button is 1400 mm.

2.客房入戶門需要達到20分鐘耐火極限以及至少45mm厚的實木門。

2. It takes 20 minutes to reach the fire resistance limit and at least 45 mm thick solid wood doors to enter the guest room.

3. 入戶門需要設置180度貓眼，高度在1500mm。設置一個U型防盜鏈或伸縮式防盜鏈形式的第二層門鎖，安裝高度在1200mm。

4.入戶門設置隔聲條，門底部設置下落式擋塵密封條。

11.在客房小走道的天花上，至少布置一個應急疏散揚聲器。

12.每個客房及走道需要布置快速反應噴淋頭。超過5平方的淋浴間需要設置快速反應噴頭。

13. 連通門鎖不應配置機械鑰匙鎖，應配置旋插鎖，從門外側不能打開，並配置U型防盜鏈的第二道門鎖。連通門的兩扇門均需要達到20分鐘的耐火時間。

17. 浴缸建議至少長度1500mm，高度不超過500mm。

19. 浴缸側面安裝一個45度，長度600mm的扶手杆，並可以承受130KG的拉力。

20.衛生間安裝吹風機、剃鬚鏡（可內置燈光）以及3套洗浴、洗手、洗面用毛巾杆。
