Dear Officer
We have always been dreaming to have a trip in the United States in order to experience the American culture, visit the tourist attractions. However, because our jobs are very busy, so we did not find any chance to do so before. Now, we would like to take this maternity leave as a chance to do shopping, travelling and giving birth to our child (because of the advanced epidural treatment in US).
During our staying in US, we have contacted with the obstetrician Guimei Yao in Los Angeles and have made appointment with her (attached please refer to our appointment request form). We plan to first travel several days in Las Vegas and then go to San Francisco and Los Angeles. We have booked the hotel in Las Vegas.
For this trip, we have brought_________in cash and ___________in check as well as _________credit cards and___________debit cards. We also bought a global medical insurance that covers US areas.
We have two apartments in China which are worth around 5 million RMB in total. And we have very steady job in our country, please refer to our job certificate document. . We have booked our round tickets and we will definitely go back to China as soon as our trip finishes.
