中國石化新聞網訊 據12月21日Trade Arabia消息:沙特電力公司(SEC)與日本國際合作銀行(JBIC)籤署了一項協議,旨在加強合作,促進能源轉型以及環境和社會可持續性。
該協議是《2030年沙特-日本願景》的一部分,其願景是一個全面的合作框架,旨在本著互利共贏和共同繁榮的精神,開創兩國戰略夥伴關係的新時代。
根據協議,雙方計劃定期進行相互討論、分享和交換信息,並制定解決方案以應對SEC的挑戰,同時致力於促進沙烏地阿拉伯和第三國電力行業的能源轉型以及環境和社會可持續性。
SEC總裁兼執行長Fahad Al Sudairi表示:「今天籤署的協議符合能源部創建可靠和多樣化電力部門的宏偉目標,同時也符合沙特2030年的經濟現代化和多樣化願景目標。」
該協議將擴大和促進SEC與日本合作夥伴之間的長期關係。與JBIC在能源轉型過程中的合作將涉及金融業務,通過協調所需資金,以便獲得日本公司的投資、產品和技術,以促進能源轉型以及環境和社會可持續性。
他補充說:「我們正致力於推行多項措施,以建立智能基礎設施,例如智能輸電網絡、配電網絡自動化及智能電錶,目的都是提高服務的可靠性及效率。」
SEC在一份聲明中表示,該協議有效期為三年,可在雙方同意的情況下延長。

SEC partners with Japan bank for energy transition
Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has signed an agreement with the Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) on strengthening cooperation for promoting energy transition and environmental and social sustainability.
The memorandum of understanding (MoU) comes as part of Saudi-Japan Vision 2030, which is a comprehensive cooperation framework for heralding a new era of strategic partnership between the two countries in the spirit of mutual benefit and co-prosperity.
As per the MoU, both parties plan to have regular mutual discussions, share and exchange information and develop solutions to address SEC’s challenges while working on promoting energy transition and environmental and social sustainability in the power sector in Saudi Arabia and third countries.
Fahad Al Sudairi, President and Chief Executive Officer of SEC said: 「Today’s MoU signing contributes to environmental and social long term sustainability in the power sector in the Kingdom, and aligns with the Ministry of Energy’s ambitious goals for creating a sustainable, reliable, and diverse power sector. It also aligns with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to modernize and diversify the kingdom’s economy.」
「The MoU will broaden and nurture the long-standing relations between SEC and its Japanese partners. Engaging with JBIC on the energy transition process will involve financial cooperation by aligning on the required finance to facilitate access to Japanese companies』 investments, products and technologies that supports promoting energy transition and environmental and social sustainability.
「We are working on multiple initiatives to create smart infrastructure such as smart transmission network, automation of distribution network and smart meters, which all aims to raise the reliability and efficiency of the service,」 he added.
The MoU is for a period of three years and is extendable on mutual agreement of both parties, an SEC statement said.
