2018 STC Jinshan City Beach Triathlon is coming this weekend.

Please pay attention to these important matters listed below:

From May 12 - 13, athlete wrisband is the only credential for athletes to get into the main venue of Jinshan Tri. Please complete check-in as soon as possible once you arrive at Jinshan City Beach, to get your own wristband.

Or you will not be allowed to attend open water practice swim and race briefing tomorrow afternoon, which will be held on the beach.

Athlete wristbands are different based on  your event category, gender and race experience.

On May 12 & 13, your suppporters could get into the main venue on the beach by tickets.

Each participant will get 3 tickets for your supporters, one ticket for May 12, two tickets for May 13. Pleae check them when you complete check-in.

Each ticket is for single use, and could be used only one time! No going in and out.

Period of invalidity: 

May 12, 10:00 - 17:00

May 13, 6:00 - 14:00

There will be security check on the morning of May 13, which will be set at the entrances of athletes and your suppoters.

For Athletes: 

The entrance for athletes is set beside the Transition Area. Only athletes can pass by showing your wristband.


For your supporters:

The entrance is where the vistor entrance located. Your families and friends could get into the main venue by showing the ticket of May 13.

Swim cap colour

adjustment

A batch of swim caps got damaged accidently today. Race committee have to adjust some athletes' swim cap colours.

Blue swim cap may be arranged for athletes of 1st start wave. Red swim cap may be arranged for athletes of 2nd & 3rd start wave. Black swim cap may be arranged for athletes of 5th start wave.

However, new swim cap colour won't effect your previous start Please gather at swim start area according to your previous start wave on race day.

Don't violate traffic rules

If you ride on the cyling course on your own, please don't violate any traffic rule. Or you will get punished by the police.

Besides the official shooting team, drone is prohibited in the race course including the main center and transition area during the race weekend. Once founded, the Public Security Bureau will detain your equipment.

Please don’t bring your pets to Jinshan City Beach (Race Venue) during May 12-13, they will not be allowed inside.Pay special attention when transporting race bags on your bike: don’t let the bags or strings touch your wheels or pedals!!!
