為了讓偏遠地區的兒童接受更好的教育,「傳夢公益基金」 為偏遠農村學校配備專業教師,改短期支教為長期資教,把七彩課堂帶進鄉村。2018年5月20日-5月25日期間,來自貴州晴隆、雲南騰衝的11位「傳夢公益基金」資助教師到我校進行了為期一周的跟崗培訓。我校積極籌措,精心為教師們安排學習、培訓內容,使跟崗教師們度過充實而又愉快的學習時光。
In order to allow children in remote areas to receive better education, the "dream public welfare fund" is equipped with professional teachers for remote rural schools, and the short-term education is replaced by long term education to bring the colorful classroom into the countryside. During the May 20 and 25,2018, 11 "dream public welfare funds" from Qinglong in Guizhou and Tengchong in Yunnan were trained for one week. Our school is actively raising and arranging teachers' learning and training contents carefully, so that we can spend a full and enjoyable learning time with teachers.

(四)專題講座答疑解惑

我校精心組織「如何讓孩子愛上音樂課堂、「有趣的英語活動及課堂小遊戲」等專題講座,多次開展教師座談交流活動。雙方教師就教學中常見的學生興趣調動、課堂常規規範等問題進行深入探討。

交流匯報會上,大家對於學校紮實的全科能力培養感觸頗深,還有一位跟崗教師說:「孩子們的思維好活躍,課堂一經點燃就像煙花一樣絢爛。」大家紛紛對我校多元的拓展課程、充滿活力的教學模式、多彩的校園活動、較高的學生素養表示讚許。侯主任對跟崗教師紮根農村教育、勤於進取的教師情懷表示讚賞,鼓勵教師做「源頭活水」、善於運用周圍環境進行教學設計,用自己的教學魅力影響自己的學生,同時希望大家建立長期聯繫,共同探討教學中的各種問題,不斷成長。
At the exchange reporting meeting, we have a deep feeling for the training of the school, and a teacher said to the teacher: "the children's thinking is very active and the classroom is lit as fireworks." All of us applauded our school's diversified development courses, vibrant teaching methods, colorful campus activities and higher student literacy. Director Hou expressed appreciation for the teachers' feelings of teaching and enterprising teachers with the teachers, encouraging teachers to do a "source of water", being good at using the surrounding environment for teaching design, and using their own teaching charm to influence their students. At the same time, we hope to establish a long-term relationship and discuss all kinds of problems in teaching.
短短一周的跟崗學習交流活動結束了,但留給兩地教師的思考卻還在延續,教師們紛紛表示會與自己的指導教師建立長期的溝通與交流,將培訓所學付諸實際。
One week of learning and communication with the gang was over, but the thoughts left to the teachers were still continuing, and the teachers said they would establish long-term communication with their instructors and put the training into practice.
