英文郵件裡大家最容易犯的錯誤，以及它們的正確表達方式⬇️錯誤一： Your
greeting is inappropriate. 📍
例句：They exchanged
greetings. Dears,Dear Sirs,Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,Dear Boss,Dear All.
📝講解：dear雖然翻譯成「親愛的」，但並不是真正的親熱，相反會顯得過於正式、生疏，因此上述表達都略顯過時和老套了，不建議大家使用。📝講解：二戰期間，很多軍人收到來自妻子或女友的分手信，開頭都是類似「Dear John」這樣的親密稱謂。因此這些被拋棄的軍人就自嘲為 Dear Johns， Dear John letter也被稱作為「分手信」了。
📍例句：I received a
Dear John letter from my girlfriend, which broke my heart.
寫給單人：Hi, Jane; Hello, Morris；John, 直接用對方名字也是可以的Hey, folks, 語氣更輕鬆，相當於「小夥伴們」, 給老闆就不能用這個了；Hi, everyone, 尊重每一個人，而不是籠統稱為 Dear all；Dear team members, 用於上級給下級或者平級之間，下級寫給上級不要用。
錯誤二： You get to the point too quickly.Thank you for your e-mail.Thank you for lunch yesterday.I hope your days are going well. I hope you'd have a nice weekend.
