由，中國少年兒童文化藝術基金會聯合主辦，共同發起的「燈塔國際公益影像節」將於2019年3月30日至4月5日在舉行,本屆影像節將分為展映與競賽、學術論壇、公益畫展等多個板塊。其中學術論壇部分以關注自閉症和藝術治療為主題，藉助影像作品的展映和競賽為對話媒介，進行國際範圍的交流與探討。組委會將邀請國內外藝術領域、教育領域、心理學領域、醫療領域的專家學者，共同展開跨領域學術對話，從社會認知、特殊教育、藝術幹預、設計幹預等多方面來展開研討。
「燈塔」國際公益影像節將從全世界範圍內的高校學生及藝術家中徵集影像作品，旨在搭建影像創作的國際學術交流平臺，希望通過公益影像節的形式提高社會大眾對特殊群體的認知與關注。
作為對影像創作者的鼓勵與支持，影像節將給獲獎作品頒發證書及獎金。影像節期間將有來自世界各地知名院校的優秀作品展映、學術交流及論壇，並設置大師工作坊，給年輕的影像愛好者提供國際對話平臺，在影像的魅力中，共同探討藝術創作和社會議題，助力公益事業的健康發展。
「燈塔」國際公益影像節將成為最具影響力的高水平國際影像節，是公益事業發展中不可或缺的力量。
JointlyhostedbytheCentralAcademyofFineArts(CAFA)andtheChinaFoundationofCultureandArtsforChildren(CFCAC),the「LighthouseInternationalCharityFilmFestival」willbeheldfromMarch30thtoApril5th,2019atCentralAcademyofFineArts(CAFA)inBeijing,includingFilmScreening,InCompetition,AcademicForumandArtExhibitions.TheAcademicForumfocusesonautismandarttherapy,andusestheartexhibitionsandcompetitionoffilmsasthemediatofacilitateinternationalcommunicationanddiscussion.Theorganizingcommitteewillinviteglobalexpertsandscholarsofthefieldsofart,education,psychologyandmedicinetoaninterdisciplinaryacademicdialogue.Theconversationwillexploresocialcognition,specialeducation,artinterventions,designinterventions,clinicalapplicationsandothertopicsallaroundtheworld.
LighthouseInternationalCharityFilmFestivalisanacademicplatformforinternationalcommunicationsandsubmissionsallaroundtheworldareacceptable.WebelieveLighthousewilldrawattentiontoAutismandraiseawarenessofthespecialpopulation.
Inordertoencourageexcellentandinnovativefilmmakers,LighthouseInternationalCharityFilmFestivalwillrewardthemwithpirzes.
Beyondfilmscreeningandacademiccommunications,wealsoestablishMasterWorkshopsforyoungfilmmakers.Wehopethisfestivalcanbeaplatformforinternationalcommunications,sowecandiscussartandsocialissuestogetherforgoodcauses.
