2020年還有兩三天就要過去，你的年終績效總結寫了沒有？
在外企也有年終績效考評這一關，很多小夥伴提到這個就頭禿。除了不知從何寫起，頭痛的還有自己的素顏英文。
今天這篇文章就是來給你徒增解決憂慮的。
績效考評，粗暴點來說不外乎是：自己做了什麼+還存在什麼不足+明年打算怎麼成長。
就這三個大方面，我給大家分享一些句型。
這部分寫主要成就。一般萬能句式是：「我主要負責了某事，xxx方面比去年提高了xx%。」之所以要有後半句，是因為你必須要用數字說話！沒有數字的自誇都是耍牛氓造不？所以這裡拆成這兩個部分：「負責某事」+「提高了/增強了/改進了/縮短了」。以下是一些好用的萬能句型：
I was mainly responsible for xx project in 2020.
I was primarily responsible for xx project as a project leader from May to Oct.我在五月到十月期間作為團隊負責人
主要負責xx項目。
My responsibilities covered xx project and
had general oversight of all the other subprojects. 我的職責包括了xx項目以及對其他子項目的總體監督。2）「提高了/增強了/改進了/工期縮短了」，可以具體到提高了多少個百分比等。例句請看下面：
The sales rose / grew / were up by 10%
year on year to 5 million.
銷售額同比增加了百分之十，達到5百萬。
The numbers of client complaints
dropped by half / by 50%.Bugs reported
have decreased by 30%.
As a result of using the new tools I developed,
the delivery time was shortened by 10%.
由於應用了我開發的新工具，
交付期縮短了10%。
The response time to accident was reduced to 8 minutes.
對事故的響應時間降低到8分鐘。不足總是有的，這個要誠實，別動不動就說自己的缺點是太操勞太追求完美，畢竟人家老外高管也不是一輩子生活在童話古堡裡。
There’s still room for improvement in term of people management / time management / presentation skill.
Further efforts are still needed to work on / improve my communication skills.針對自身的不足和明年的業務需求，你可以立一些flag做一些計劃。說到最好要做到，不建議寫你不能完成的事兒。
