自古以來，中國就是東方強國，唐、元、明等朝時帝王開疆拓土超過1000萬平方公裡，國土之遼闊令人嘆為觀止。
尤其是元朝（蒙古帝國）時期，版圖多達3300萬平方公裡。
橫跨亞非歐，東到太平洋，北抵北冰洋，西達黑海沿岸（鼎盛時至匈牙利），南至南海，佔世界土地面積22%。
超越了羅馬帝國、亞歷山大帝國，分別是前蘇聯、俄羅斯的1.5倍和1.9倍。
然而，自1840年以後，中國長期遭受西方列強侵略，先後籤訂了多達40個喪權辱國條約。
有的條約被迫割讓了大片領土，僅在西北和東方邊陲就割讓領土140萬平方公裡以上。
中國人深深領會了什麼叫弱國無外交。
清朝中葉，塔吉克斯坦本屬清朝領土地，後被沙皇俄國侵佔。
並於1884年迫使清廷《中俄續勘喀什噶爾界約》，割去7萬多平方公裡的土地。
另外，該條約還將從烏孜別裡山口「一直往南」與「轉向西南形成的三角地帶形成「待議地區」。
為此後繼續侵佔我帕米爾高原2.8萬平方公裡領土埋下伏筆。不過，中國歷屆政府對此均不承認。
新中國成立後，中國國力日益昌盛，伴隨著經濟、政治、軍事等方面取得了全球矚目的成就後。
特別是進入21世紀後加速奔跑，一舉超過俄羅斯、日本等昔日強國，成為全球第二大經濟體，在國際事務舞臺上的話權語越來越重要。
中國人開始揚眉吐氣，徹底站立了起來！中國這頭雄獅和巨龍也徹底被甦醒！
是以，我們相繼收回了香港，收回了澳門，還收回了被俄佔領的黑瞎子島。
而在2011年，一塊脫離祖國111年的土地也悄悄回歸了祖國懷抱——塔吉克斯坦共和國將1000平方公裡的國土交還中國。
跟香港相當（1100平方公裡），這塊土地面積約為30個澳門（32.8平方公裡，數據來源於百度百科）。
中國用強大的實力證明，現在有能力悍衛每一寸土地。
怎麼回來的？
中國一直都秉承著睦鄰友好的外交政策，中國的持續發展也給各鄰國帶來了很多機會。
隨著「一帶一路」政策的實行，亞歐非地區很多國家受益頗深，新絲綢之路、海上絲綢之路也拉近了中國和世界各國之間的聯繫。
中國人也正在逐步走向全世界。
現在世界上仍有很多國家處於欠發達的狀況，聯合國確認的世界最不發達國家也有很多。
大部分都分布在非洲、東南亞、南亞等地區，包括索馬利亞、緬甸、阿富汗、尼泊爾等很多國家都被列入其中。
這些國家裡，很多雖然現在不發達，但卻擁有著很大的發展潛力，可能只是缺少發展路線和前期投資。
為了促進世界各國協同發展，我們在互利互惠的基礎上，對很多國家都有援建項目。
很多國家在中國的援建過程中獲益頗深，對中國也深懷感恩。
而其中最為突出的，要數我們中國的一個鄰國——塔吉克斯坦了。
塔吉克斯坦是中亞五斯坦中面積最小的國家，和其它中亞國家一樣，也是一個嚴格的內陸國家，離海很遠。
塔吉克斯坦也被列為世界上最不發達的國家之一，其國家的貧困源於很多方面。
在蘇聯解體後，塔吉克斯坦從中分裂出來。
隨之而來的經濟政治危機進一步加深了其國家的苦難，而之後多年的內戰也讓它陷入了深深的貧困泥潭中無法自拔。
中國「一帶一路」政策的實行出國後第一站就是塔吉克斯坦，為了支援其發展，中國也在此進行了很多援建項目。
而塔吉克斯坦為了報答中國，主動歸還了1158平方公裡的土地。
要知道塔吉克斯坦總共面積才14.31萬平方公裡，能歸還如此大面積的領土，足見其誠意和感恩之心。
雖然因為歷史和其它原因，塔吉克斯坦現在仍然很貧困，但是其發展潛力還是很大的，豐富的礦產資源是其發展的最大底氣。
而且相比於蒙古國等內陸國家而言，塔吉克斯坦難得的有很豐富的淡水資源，可以說是一個很大的潛力股了。
因為某些原因，現在塔吉克斯坦國內形成了一個奇怪的社會形勢。
那就是「一夫多妻」，這對於中國數目眾多的單身男青年可是很有吸引力的。
塔吉克斯坦總人口800多萬，其中有90多萬人因貧流亡到國外，加上1992—1997年內戰造成近50萬人死亡，其中多數為男性。
導致該國目前男女比為1:7，雖然政府禁止一夫多妻，但屢禁不止，一個男人擁有3~7個老婆的現象比比皆是。
到塔吉克斯坦旅遊也很不錯，因為工業基礎薄弱，這裡的空氣沒有受到多少工業汙染的影響。
而且相比於其他伊斯蘭教國家而言，塔吉克斯坦的姑娘們更加熱情奔放，她們不僅不會黑紗武裝到牙齒，穿著的長袍也是色彩豔麗。
身材高挑、五官精緻的塔吉克斯坦姑娘們，走在大街上也是一道引人駐足的風景線。
