Step 1. 英文自我介紹學習背景

自我介紹時，第一階段就是讓面試官認識你。學歷、社團經驗或是否有參與其他課外活動等等，面試官會從這些信息開始塑造對求職者的印象，並從中提出疑問或是有興趣的地方。需要特別注意的是，面試官也會從這個階段判斷對方是否有足夠的知識或背景勝任這份工作，若是應聘非本科系的工作，就要另外提出相關的活動，來證明自己的積極性與職位的相關性。建議在一開始直接將想要應聘的職位說出來，給人自信的印象。如下：

Step 2. 英文自我介紹工作經驗

接下來就要介紹自己的工作背景，加深與職位的連結。面試官會希望在這個階段聽到求職者過去在這個領域的經驗，並從中判斷是否有足夠的能力為公司帶來更大的效益。這時可以仔細回想工作上的表現，選出最吸引人或讓人眼睛一亮的成績，證明自己的能力。如下：
