The frying pan
(煎鍋) ，
frying
是什麼意思呢？
frying是油炸，油煎的意思，而
pan是平底鍋的意思，所以就是油煎的平底鍋。我們看到，圖中有三個人，左邊的是Biff 右邊是Chip 中間是爸爸，而爸爸手裡拿的就是pancake。我們看到他們面前有個大方桌。這個桌子上，放著很多東西，左邊一本書，這本書叫做Family cook book就是家庭菜譜。書的旁邊是鏟子，勺子和面盆。這就是他們做煎餅pancake前期的準備的炊具。

the flour , the eggs,(麵粉、雞蛋 )，Biff開始做煎餅了。Dad在旁邊指導，Chip和Kipper在幫忙。Biff 最開始放進面盆裡面的是什麼呢？

我們來看圖片！緊接著他們又放什麼進去了呢？我們看到Biff和Chip手裡拿這一個大杯子，在往面盆裡面倒東西，他們倒的究竟是什麼呢？
牛奶，milk。接下來，旁邊的爸爸和Kipper正在做什麼呢？Kipper 手裡拿著一個黃色塊狀的東西，是黃油，butter。現在這些食材進行攪拌之後，下一步就是開火烹飪了。

(煎餅) 我們看看Dad在做什麼呀？
What was Dad doing？
爸爸正在你做什麼呢？他正在翻煎餅。爸爸把煎餅在空中翻了一個面，並用平底鍋接住。旁邊floppy,Biff,Kipper and Chip在旁邊觀看，每個人的表情都是特別的緊張，擔心煎餅從平底鍋裡面掉下來。

我們從圖中看到，左邊的是媽媽，而右邊的是一位女士。她們正在做什麼呢？她們手裡拿著一個平底鍋，這個鍋裡有一個煎餅。她們邊攤煎餅邊進行賽跑。
