說在最前:更正錯誤
昨天的第1句話因為編輯問題，我把句子的一個詞寫錯了，向大家道歉，現予以更正：
簡而言之，這種個人品質使得絕大多數高成就者與普通人分開來。
Simply put, it is the personality trait that sets most high achievers, if not all, apart from the crowd.
複習
先來複習4個句子：
1.因此，正是這個問題可能需要很長時間才能解決，這一點也不奇怪。

2.隨著經濟和社會的快速發展，越來越多的人選擇出國留學，這不足為奇。
It comes as no surprise that, with the rapid advancement of economy and society, there are students who opt to study abroad, and they are growing in numbers.

今天是「聚沙成塔」英文造句習慣養成系列第8天，主要內容是被動語態。
和大家分享一下周兆鑫老師（公眾號：周兆鑫在修行）關於英語考試應試寫作的觀點：(每天看一遍，強化記憶)
1.寫作以意群為單位，意群即組成句子的成分，如詞彙、短語、詞組等。
2.寫作就是嚴禁創作，寫作要模仿、借鑑。
3.寫句子的步驟分解：
（1）核心表達；
（2）整理意群；
（3）有序且不犯錯地寫出來。
4.學習步驟：
（1）掌握意群；
（2）寫中文；
（3）根據中文寫英文；
（4）根據意群寫出句子（必須手寫）。
5.抄寫可以達到肌肉記憶，實現本能記憶。

第8天
1.我們急需三名會說普通話的志願者。
Three Mandarin-speaking volunteers are desperately/urgently needed.
=We are in desperate/urgent need of three Mandarin-speaking volunteers.
▍意群解讀
(1)急需 sth be desperately/urgently need by somebody=somebody is in desperate/urgent need of sth
(2) 會說普通話 Mandarin-speaking
▍句型及語法
(1)主幹：主語+謂語
Volunteers are needed.
(2)英文多被動，中文多主動。在中文句子中，邏輯主語是「我們」；而在英文句子中，邏輯主語是「志願者」。因此，英文思維是直來直去，突出重點。因此非重點的「我們」則可以被忽略。
▍閃光點
(1)使用帶有連字符的詞彙「Mandarin-speaking」，是本句最大的閃光點；
(2)中英思維對切轉換，使用被動語態，突出重點。
▍使用方法
(1)形成模板
1）Somebody/Something are desperately needed.
我們急需某人/某物。
(2)句子功能及寫作位置
1)本句屬於解決問題功能句（大小作文都適用）；
2)適合寫在作文第三段。
「模板操練」
1.改革勢在必行。
Reform is desperately needed.
=We are in desperate need of r eform.... ...
2.積極的心態是急需的。
A positive mindset is desperately needed.
=We are in urgent need of a positive mindset.
