especially in our larger cities and suburbs為插入語；more and more其實就相當於increasingly，也就是說Yet more and more these inner restraints are loosening.=Yet these inner restraints are increasingly loosening.其中，loosen表示「放鬆」。Your typical robber has none.省略了restraints；property「財產」；enrage=en+rage，en-表示「使動」的前綴；rage名詞「憤怒」，也可以充當動詞，表示「發怒」；enrage就表示「使憤怒，激怒」。
