1、 Report means a result

2、Requestmeans a solution
When making a plan or suggestions about thegiven task it is advisable to give your boss the chance to do multiple choicesinstead of Q&A. As a part of the team it is expected to come up with twooptions before presenting it to the group.
3、Summarymeans the experience
Do find out the key points, fault points andreflection point in your every day summary. Please do not just place what youhave done. Reflection means tasks were well articulated.
4、Assignmentmeans a criterion
Assessment should betogether with assignment and then criterion, otherwise your stuff can easilyfeel confused about what & how much they need to do exactly. Set theguidelines regarding the work and result that you are asking for and designatethe tasks accordingly.
5、Care means-listening
Make time in listeningto your employees. It is one of the best ways in winning their hearts thus inreturn they will feel appreciated and cared for in the company. When the employeesare happy positive results can be expected.
6、Handover means amorality
There is no perfectindividual, only a perfect team! So do the best handover based on yourexperience to the next one. He / she will be doing well when he gets thehandover appropriately.
7、Recall means a feeling
Express your feelings of work as much aspossible. Being transparent to how and what you feel towards work showindividual maturity. This is the bridge to a progressive company when the headand the employees understand each other.

1.匯報工作說結果
不要告訴老闆工作過程多艱辛,你多麼不容易!老闆不傻,否則做不到今天。舉重若輕的人老闆最喜歡,一定要把結果給老闆,結果思維是第一思維。
2.請示工作說方案
不要讓老闆做問答題,而是要讓老闆做選擇題。請示工作至少保證給老闆兩個方案,並表達自己的看法。
3.總結工作說流程
做工作總結要描述流程,不只是先後順序邏輯清楚,還要找出流程中的關鍵點、失誤點、反思點。
4.布置工作說標準
工作有布置就有考核,考核就要建立工作標準,否則下屬不知道如何做,做到什麼程度才是最合適的。標準既確立了規範,又劃定了工作的邊界。
5.關心下級問過程
關心下屬要注意聆聽他們的問題,讓其闡述越詳細做好。關心下級就是關心細節,明確讓下級感動的點和面。
6.交接工作講道德
把工作中形成的經驗教訓毫不保留的交接給繼任者,把完成的與未竟的工作分類逐一交接,不要設置障礙,使其迅速進入工作角色。
7.回憶工作說感受
交流多說自己工作中的感悟,哪些是學到的,哪些是悟到的,哪些是反思的,哪些是努力的。
