Per timing, in the same boat, late Jan. course launch and an R&R, so one of our usual afternoon windows could work in Feb..
1. per,according to/in accordance with,一般可以理解成regarding/when it comes to
2. in the same boat:to be in the same unpleasant situation as other people
She's always complaining that she doesn't have enough money, but we're all in the same boat.
3. course launch說的是開學初啟動網課; launch a satellite 發射衛星; launch a new product 發布新產品
4. R&R:revise and resubmit,
Welcome on board.
Welcome on board and welcome aboard have the same meaning.
Pilots and cabin crew usually prefer to say Welcome on board.
Welcome aboard is more common to use when someone joins a team. It is a friendly way to let someone know that they are welcome to become part of the team.
