cloth 翻譯為「織物；布料」時，是一個不可數名詞
eg: This dressmaker uses superior cloth to make a dress for his wife.

當表示用作某種用途的布時，是可數名詞，複數形式為cloths。
eg: Lucy, bring me a damp cloth, please. The window is dirty and I will clean it up.

clothe 動詞「給.穿衣」 （相當於dress）
