著名管理學家科維提出了一個時間管理的理論,把工作按照重要和緊急兩個不同的程度進行了劃分,基本上可以分為四個「象限」:既緊急又重要(如人事危機等)、重要但不緊急(如建立人際關係等)、緊急但不重要(如電話鈴聲等)、既不緊急也不重要(如客套的閒談等)。

時間 abc 分類法
