12月1日出版的第23期《求是》雜誌發表了中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平的重要文章《堅持、完善和發展中國特色社會主義國家制度與法律制度》。文章強調，新中國成立70年來，我們黨領導人民不斷探索實踐，逐步形成了中國特色社會主義國家制度和法律制度。An article by President Xi Jinping on upholding, improving and developing the socialist state system and legal system with Chinese characteristics was published Sunday in this year's 23rd issue of the Qiushi Journal. In the article, Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, said the socialist state system and legal system with Chinese characteristics have been gradually formed, under the leadership of the Party, through long-term practices and explorations over the past seven decades since the founding of New China.
