近日，中共中央印發了《法治社會建設實施綱要（2020—2025年）》。綱要提出了建設法治社會的指導思想、主要原則以及總體目標。The Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has published an outline in pursuit of building a law-based society in the next five years. The document puts forth the guiding thoughts, primary principles and overall goals for building a society based on the rule of law in China.

【知識點】法治社會是構築法治國家的基礎，法治社會建設是實現國家治理體系和治理能力現代化的重要組成部分。建設信仰法治、公平正義、保障權利、守法誠信、充滿活力、和諧有序的社會主義法治社會，是增強人民群眾獲得感、幸福感、安全感的重要舉措。黨的十九大把法治社會基本建成確立為到2035年基本實現社會主義現代化的重要目標之一，意義重大，影響深遠，任務艱巨。《法治社會建設實施綱要（2020—2025年）》提出的總體目標是，到2025年，「八五」普法規劃實施完成，法治觀念深入人心，社會領域制度規範更加健全，社會主義核心價值觀要求融入法治建設和社會治理成效顯著，公民、法人和其他組織合法權益得到切實保障，社會治理法治化水平顯著提高，形成符合國情、體現時代特徵、人民群眾滿意的法治社會建設生動局面，為2035年基本建成法治社會奠定堅實基礎。
