在雅思口語機經裡面，有關於car trip或者bike trip的題目，這個我們一定會找到其他話題合併，因為既然是trip就肯定有個目的地，car或者bike只是一個交通工具而已，我們在敘述這個話題的時候，完全可以解釋一下為什麼選擇這個方式出行，然後路上的感受，剩下的就完全是目的地的活動了，所以縱觀本季度的口語機經，比較完美的可以合併的話題就是Describe a time you had good experience in the countryside.
I』d like to talk about the time I went cycling with my friends.
It was after my last final exam, we decided to do something to celebrate the end of the semester and the start of the summer vacation, but we were pretty tired of going to the mall, eating out, watching a movie, that kind of thing/stuff, so we wanted to do something different for a change, like having a day out in the countryside to get close to nature.
The four of us started off from school, and we rode along the road where the views were breathtaking. And the weather was super nice that day, so you can imagine, we were just like in a movie, you know, a bunch of friends riding on the road, yelling and laughing.
After we got there, we managed to find an idyllic spot near the river. We set up a tent, just like we were going camping.
The best part is, the signal there was pretty spotty, so we could finally stay away from our phones and truly enjoy ourselves. It’s such a perfect place to get away from it all, to take our mind off things.
And because there was no light pollution in the countryside, at night we could see the stars clearly. I even saw a shooting star that day.
So you see, it was quite an experience.
如果是個car trip，也可以這樣改編一下：
My friend got a convertible, so we were just like in the movies, you know, a couple of close friends going on a road trip, waving our hands in the air, playing loud music and singing along.
語言點解析：
day out = a trip or visit somewhere for a day 例如：
We had a day out in the country.
idyllic = peaceful and beautiful; perfect, without problems 例如：
a house set in idyllic surroundings
The cottage sounds idyllic.
get away from it all = to have a short holiday/ vacation in a place where you can relax
take your mind off something = to make you forget about something unpleasant for a short time = distract 例如：
Painting helped take her mind off her troubles.
light pollution = the existence of too much artificial light in the environment, for example from street lights, which makes it difficult to see the stars
shooting star = falling star = a small meteor (= a piece of rock in outer space) that travels very fast and burns with a bright light as it enters the earth’s atmosphere
convertible = a car with a roof that can be folded down or taken off
road trip = a trip made in a car over a long distance
