詠春：寸拳守中，君子風骨 | Wing Chun

詠春，傳統南派拳法，起源於福建南少林，相傳由明末清初時期五枚師太所創，後經香港等地逐漸傳至世界，享譽中外。

Created in the Southern Shaolin Temple in southeast China&34;Shaolin is in the north and Wing Chun in the south.&39;s weakness. The goal is to defeat the strong as soon as possible.

很多人對詠春的印象，是它特色的木人樁法，但其精髓遠非如此。鄭祖傑是詠春第八代傳人，在他看來，詠春拳法大有深意，內藏乾坤。

小念頭，大智慧

Great wisdom in small ideas

不同於其他分支繁雜的拳術，詠春拳法只有三套：小念頭、尋橋、標指。

Different from other fists with complicated branches, Wing Chun only has three sets of moves: 「siu nim tau」 (little idea), 「cham kiu」 (seeking arm) and 「biu tze」 (shooting fingers).

其中的小念頭，是來自禪宗裡面的思想，叫排除雜念，真切地認識自我。小念頭是詠春基礎拳法，打基礎的過程中，更重要的是磨練人的心性。「你的心感覺能夠沉下來了，能夠更專注地去做一件事情。」

The 「siu nim tau」 comes from Zen and is based on the philosophy of cleansing the thoughts and truly understand yourself. It is the basic technique of Wing Chun. Developing a strong character is more important during training. &39;re doing,&34;Protecting the centerline.&39;s a hidden meaning in this idea. As a practitioner of Wing Chun, one must defend the bottom line; they must remain faithful to the principles and morals of martial arts.

詠春拳祖訓, 要求後學弟子們, 積極傳承正氣，促進和諧，尊師重道。遇強敵時勇於擔當，所謂「 留人不出手，出手不留人「，從古至今，詠春，乃君子之技法。

The old doctrine of Wing Chun requires the disciples to have a positive energy, promote harmony, and respect their teachers. 2014年, 詠春拳正式列入第四批國家級非物質文化遺產。鄭祖傑在認真研習武術的同時，亦致力於詠春教學與傳播，詠春是中華文化的瑰寶，應該讓它走得更遠、更長。
