Boxing Cat Brewery will be serving a special Mother's Day brunch at all their locations this Sunday from 10am-3pm. Alan Wong's has the whole weekend dedicated to Mother's Day with a special 4 course menu. Starting with homemade breads & Chilled Spring Pea and Edamame Soup, the meal is followed with Soy Braised Short Rib 'Benedict' Soft Cooked Egg with Foie Gras. The main course has a selection of Fresh 'Aqua Select' Pink Salmon or Slow Cooked Organic Chicken Breast. As for dessert, the Black Forest cake is prepared by their Pastry Chef James and looks like a great way to finish the meal.

Handmade Market at Dobe WE (Donghua University)
