雅思口語ideal house, 我也能擁有馬伯騫的house嗎?

雅思口語的part2裡面有一個很常青樹的話題，就是describe an ideal house you want to have in the future 從去年開始，就一直纏纏綿綿到現在還在出現。很多學生會覺得束手無措，就一個正常的「大房子」就可以了！

腦子裡自動想起孫燕姿的那首-完美的一天：

如果我們是這個方式描述ideal house, 我們其實會發現，明顯這個房子強調的是房子裡有什麼，而不是強調房子是什麼樣子。這樣的描述方式可以嗎？但是基礎信息是不能省略的，比如房子的位置（你假象位置），房子基本類型，房子的特點，比如歌曲中的「大房子」

Courtyard  庭院 （比如 Chinese traditional courtyard 四合院）

Villa  別墅 同義詞 mansion 大廈（很大很豪華的府邸）

XX-floor building   幾層樓高

Bungalow  平房

high-rise building  高樓 （同義詞：skyscraper）

cottage  小木屋 （cabin 也有類似意思）

Situated/ sited/ located 坐落於outskirt/ remote area/ rural area 郊區/偏遠/鄉村地區coastal city 沿海城市 同義詞 seaside city 

As for my ideal house, I would like to have villa in the future, which can be located in the suburban area of any metropolis. (can表示可能) To be more precise, the house should enjoy convenient transportation but meanwhile it is better to keep distance from the bustling(熙熙攘攘的) city center.I don’t have a specific picture about what my villa would look like. All I want is to have a number of spacious rooms which allows me to invite my friends to come over, a walk-in wardrobe(步入式衣櫃) for all my clothes, a room for my guitars and a room for me and my lover. I know it sounds a bit too fancy to be true. But it would be perfect if I can achieve it one day. 

Too fancy to be true 改了一個常見說法 too good to be true 太好以至於失真，經常用於一些口語說法

eg:Since this investment seems too good to be true, you need to be careful about it.

Walk-in 步入式

Bustling adj 熱鬧的；熙熙攘攘的 引申常見詞組 hustle and bustle 喧囂 

eg:This trip provides people with a nice escape from the hustle and bustle in the city.

說完了歌詞中這個注重房屋用來做什麼的ideal house, 我們看看最近登頂熱搜的馬伯騫的creative house 因為父親本身是architect, 他家的房子可算是別具一格。曾經幾年前在看modern family時候就看過了，現在看到熱搜，有一種似曾相似的感覺，let’s have a look：

就設計感非常濃重，非常的modern edgy……(小編就是個凡人，看不懂，留給學建築設計的孩子們來誇吧)，但是我能看懂的是-應該蠻貴的~~當然住慣了大house的馬伯騫同學，只想吐槽廚房不夠大

假設，我們不想強調這個房子如何住，我想強調它的外形設計，或者我強調我有一個環保的房子，可以結合高科技，來重點突出房子本身，可以嗎？可以的，當然你可能需要提前想好，你所需要的那些特殊詞彙：

 

Speaking of my ideal house, I wanna talk about a future house that I got to know a few years ago when I watched a TV show which depicted how the future house would look like.

Well, enjoying the cutting-edged technology and engineering feat, the house is very likely to be totally eco-friendly, using building blocks constructed from natural cement rather than clay bricks so that CO2 could be eschewed. Of course, I can choose the interior design myself, but I just want to keep it simple. Maybe modern European style with really simple color used inside like grey, blue and black and white, but I want the house is well-equipped with high standard home appliances including computer fridge which allows me to adjust the mode even when I am not at home, smart curtains which open automatically when I wake up.

 

這一篇就講了一個很環保很現代感的房子。裡面的詞彙明顯比剛才要高級了專業了一些。涉及了房子的構成材料，室內風格甚至家具都提到了。
