2010年考研英語(一)小作文考察了告示這種題型。在2009年10月22日教育部考試中心出版的《綱》和《考試分析》中並未提到告示，但從2004年考研大綱改革以來，歷年教育部考試中心出版的《大綱解析》一書中均詳細講解了告示的寫法。2009年8月25日出版的《大綱解析》中將小作文明確分為書信類應用文和告示類應用文兩大題型，詳盡分析了告示的寫作方法，並提供了六篇告示範文。
這再次證明了考研寫作的反押題傾向，命題者重在考查考生的實際英語水平，經常與考生預測逆向思維，反其道而行之。針對2011年及之後的考研寫作複習，希望考生扎紮實實提高英語寫作實力，杜絕僥倖和押題心理，對於書信、摘要、告示、備忘錄、報告等大綱提及的題型均應仔細複習，以不變應萬變。

值得注意的是，近兩年考研小作文考題均源於近年大學英語四級寫作真題。2009年1月10日考研小作文真題源於2008年12月20日四級真題「Limiting the Use of Disposable Plastic Bags」。而2010年的考研小作文題目再次來自於2006年6月17日四級寫作真題。該題如下：Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a poster recruiting volunteers. You should write at least 120 words following the outline given below.1. 校學生會將組織一次暑假志願者活動，現招募志願者，2. 本次志願者活動的目的、內容、安排等，3. 報名條件及聯繫方式。
在2009年8月25日出版的《大綱解析》中，教育部詳細講解了告示的格式：標題應放在首行正中央；日期應放在標題右下方，不應空行；正文應寫1-3段，5-7句即可；落款寫在中間偏後位置，與正文之間不需空行。考生無需過於緊張，即使格式錯誤，只要沒有跑題、語言基本正確、結構比較清晰，即可取得理想成績。

To improve students』ability and enrich extracurricular activities, the Postgraduate』Association is recruiting volunteers for an international conference on globalization to be held on April 7, 2010 in Beijing. To begin with, applicants should have Chinese nationality, a strong professional spirit, cheerful personality and be aged under 35. In addition, candidates must have outstanding skills at English listening comprehension and the ability to speak Chinese and English fluently. Finally, students with relevant professional experience are preferred. Those postgraduates who are interested in taking part in it may sign up with the monitor of their classes before February 1, 2010. Everybody is welcome to join in it。
