The use of translation apps is becoming increasingly popular. It has been a common sight that people are using such apps when they are travelling abroad or communicating with foreign people. In my opinion, translation apps can bring undeniable benefits to people’s lives.
The benefits brought by translation apps can be reflected in two aspects. First, translation apps greatly increase the efficiency of cross-linguistic communication. By recording and often simultaneously translating the words, these apps break down communication barriers in mere seconds and help people understand each other as if they were speaking the same tongue. Second, translation apps save time of studying a foreign language. It may be true that one need to learn a foreign language thoroughly if they wish to live in that country, but for short-term travelers, they can rely on translation apps to fulfil their needs of communication, with no necessity of learning the language systematically.
With the advancement of technologies, translation apps can be updated to translate faster and more accurately. I think these apps are a welcome addition to our daily lives.

The use of translation apps is becoming increasingly popular. Why? Admittedly, in the contemporay society, an increasing number of people, with the help of translation apps, find it convenient to read foreign literature or essays.
On the one hand, these apps can bring users greater efficiency and help them save more time and energy, particularly for those who have no knowledge of a foreign language. For instance, a host of people may have a variety of difficulties in learning English, but with the assistance of these apps, it will not be troublesome for them to read and understand English materials. On the other hand, it is these apps that cuase some learners to lose motivation for studying. With these apps in hand, they are not willing to do their utmost to memorize new words, pratice speaking or writing skills every day. Fianlly, they will fail to get a good command of any foreign language.
I, as a college student, deem that it is of great necessity for youngsters to use translations apps in a rational way. We should bear in mind that any translation app is merely a tool. Provided that one intends to master a foreign language, it is advisable to practice each day instead of relying on translation apps.
The use of translation apps is becoming increasingly popular, owing to the growing demand of international communication. Living in an era of globalization, due to obstacles caused by language barriers, people in different countries may have a variety of difficulties in understanding each other. Then, with the help of these apps, a large number of businessmen or travelers find it convenient to communicate with foreigners. However, because of the limited technology of language recognition, the accuracy and maturity of most translation apps, admittedly, are still not satisfying. That is to say, these applications may also cause some errors. In conclusion, I am convinced that it is not sensible to rely entirely on these translation apps. I, as a college student, deem that language learners should try their utmost to learn and practice language skills. A typical example is me, as an English learner. I believe that only by practice can I express myself freely in oral English.

Originally, it gained its popularity in the coldest region in China and then became prevalent in many other parts of the country, where distinct regional variations have been developed. When people eat hot pot, they may put meat, seafood, vegetables and other ingredients of their liking in the pot to cook. People may also chat to their hearts' content while enjoying the tasty food.
