CGTN, or China Global Television Network, a state-linked media outlet, uploaded the video to YouTube. It shows the women, Wang Xiaoting, reportedly walking to work at 3:00 am local time. Her husband Wang Yinghe, is apparently driving behind her to light her path.

I worked in China a couple years ago. My company was there assisting in decommissioning coal power plants and converting to renewable energy sources. The people there are amazing. The lack of violence, drug addictions, unwed mothers, crime, greed, and the list goes on. All this have me a new respect for what I thought was more of a third world type nation. They are far more advanced than we are in technology, infrastructure, and community. My coworker who returned home just a few months ago was sad to see America is still mostly on old 4G phones, not to mention our outdated medical system.
China is not rude not uncaring and even in dark times such as these they still offer any help they can give to others. It is not just the medical professionals over there, it is the nation as a whole.
