【知識點】第74屆聯合國大會主席蒂賈尼穆罕默德-班迪6月30日召開視頻會議，啟動「消除貧困聯盟」。中國作為創始成員參加該聯盟。消除一切形式的貧困是聯合國2030年可持續發展議程17個目標中的首個目標，其中提到，確保從各種來源，包括通過加強發展合作充分調集資源，為發展中國家、特別是最不發達國家提供充足、可預見的手段以執行相關計劃和政策，消除一切形式的貧困。在聯合國成立75周年和進入「可持續發展目標行動十年」之際，新冠疫情暴發給消除貧困帶來新的嚴峻挑戰，各方應以成立「消除貧困聯盟」為契機，採取共同行動，推進全球減貧事業。目前，巴基斯坦、印度、孟加拉國、南非、埃及、摩洛哥、衣索比亞、墨西哥、智利、挪威和土耳其等30多個國家也已參加該聯盟。
