What if ...? 這個表達口語中也很常用，表示「萬一……呢？」，「要是……怎麼辦？」，很有感情色彩的一個語塊。It is used for asking what would happen in particular situation, especially an unpleasant situation. 比如，你早上起晚了，匆匆忙忙要跑出門，媽媽卻要你先吃了早餐，你是不是可以用上這個表達了？What if I miss the school bus？

這兩句口語中太實用啦，必須用起來啊。be right there 意思是「馬上就來」，縮寫形式是BRT。在微信、QQ、What's App 這些即時聊天工具英語聊天的時候，你想表示自己要離開一會兒，馬上就來，就可以這樣說哈：I'll be right there. 或 I'll be right back. 或者直接打：BRT（如果對方明白的話）

你在想什麼？
be on your mind 這個表達意思是「掛在心上，惦念，一直擔心」。還是挺形象的哈。你覺得呢？ If somebody / something is on your mind, you are thinking and worrying about them / it a lot. 在這部影片中 Luca 的 grandma 問他 What's on your mind? （你在想什麼呢？）可以理解為：What are you thinking about? 對於這樣的問句，我們可以這樣答：I'm just wondering ...
Look me in the eye.
看著我的眼睛。
有的同學一看到這句話，可能覺得這是個病句，其實不然。一般情況下，表示「看……」的時候，我們都要用 look at，因為look是不及物動詞，不能直接接賓語。但這句話中look sb. in the eye是一個表達法，表示「正視某人」 即 to look directly at someone when you are speaking to them, especially to show that you are not afraid of them or that you are telling the truth
像這樣的表達，不要去糾結，直接整體作為一個詞塊去理解、記憶、使用。
