約起來!2017 Dine Out Vancouver 268家全攻略

      第15屆，2017 Dine Out Vancouver在本月的20號要開跑啦！姐妹們，減肥計劃要一起暫停一下。1月20日到2 月5日，快點約起來，搶先訂位先吃再說了！今年參加的餐廳一共有268家，但是熱門的餐廳，很快就被約滿哦。

介紹餐廳前，妮妮先來介紹一下，到底什麼是dine out !!! 每年1月底老是聽到dine out , dine out的。除了長肉，姐妹們還要長知識！

其實呢，是在2003年開始，溫哥華觀光局和Visa公司為了促進溫哥華都市餐飲業而特別選在每年的澹季1月底的時間舉辦為期兩週的餐飲促銷活動。由於在北美幾乎 所有餐廳都是單點類型，像是前菜，主盤和甜點和飲料全部都要分開點，一餐下來價錢難以計算，所以Dine Out的遊戲規則就是所有參與Dine Out活動的餐廳必須以「套餐」模式來讓顧客選擇，而套餐價錢必須選在$20, $30, $40其中之一。套餐包含的有前菜，主盤，和甜點，而且每樣都會有兩三種的選項，換句話說，雖然是在set menu上，可是還是有27種不同的搭配組合。

溫哥華的旋轉餐廳，雖然晚餐的定價要$40了。 但是景色一流，可以看到沿海山脈和整個溫哥華市中心的壯麗景色。主餐有鴨胸、安格斯牛等可以選擇。這種餐廳最適合的也就是Dine Out的時候去訪問了。而且不需要再額外付任何電梯費用，就可以同時擁有美食和美景！

溫哥華的餐廳之多，Chambar有著他的一定水準，想吃青口的，來這裡就對了！因為好好吃呀！點青口，點青口，點青口！妮妮覺得Chambar的dine out最省心，只要想去，吃中餐吃晚餐都可以，菜單都不用研究，可能就是考慮下前菜甜點點什麼，主菜直接點青口（誤）！

 因為他家的招牌菜，平常一份青口就要$30了，在Dine Out期間用$40的價格還能吃到前菜和甜點真的是物超所值。他們家還有販售非常比利時啤酒，喜歡小喝一杯的也別錯過唷！

Bishop’s 是Kitsilano的老字號餐館，開業30多年，接待過老特魯多等名流上層。融合了法國和義大利風味，是溫哥華必吃餐廳之一。鵝肝，生蠔，烤羊肩這些高級食材雖然是要加錢才能吃到的，不過比起他家平時菜單上一道菜動輒就四五十價格比起來，花$40能吃到一頓三道菜的Bishop’s還是可以嘗試一下的。

這次妮妮發現，雖然Five Sails和Miku這種以往Dine Out的大戶餐廳已經悄悄退出了活動，但是大家還是可以訂訂妮妮介紹的幾間，然後對於真的很挑食的人建議就在家吃飯就好了!! Dine-Out活動本身就有點冒險的精神，以固定的價錢來吸引大家來嘗試很不同的菜色。所以當你選了家法國餐廳，結果卻堅持不吃foie gras(鵝肝)不是顯得很___嗎? 所以輕鬆點，抱著期待的心情卻不要害怕受傷害(沒錯，和告白一樣!!!)。
