別拍了別拍了

今天你被拍了嗎？

近日，微信上線新版本，除了可以修改微信號之外，還多了「拍一拍」的新功能，在聊天對話框中雙擊好友頭像，伴隨著頭像抖動，對話框中會出現「你拍了拍xxx」的提醒。

於是乎，這兩天各微信群變成了「拍拍群」，拍大腦袋的，拍小肚腩的，拍馬屁的，拍了拍棺材板的，拍了拍自己錢包然後哭了出來的...應有盡有。

所以，現在終於可以在群裡像明星一樣喊出來，「別拍了，別拍了！私人行程，留點個人空間好不好！」哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈：）

那麼問題來了，這個「拍了拍」用英語怎麼說？（這個轉折很突然

很簡單，把你的微信語言設置為英文（我-設置-通用-多語言-English），再去拍拍看。

你會發現「拍了拍」變成了「You nudged xxx」，「xxx nudged you」。

📍nudge /nʌdʒ/ 是什麼意思？

1）作動詞，表示「（尤指用肘部）輕推，輕觸（為引起注意）」，英文解釋為「to push something or someone gently, especially to push someone with your elbow (= the middle part of your arm where it bends) to attract the person's attention」舉個🌰：

I nudged her and pointed again.

我輕推了推她，又指了一下。

2）作動詞，表示「（使）達到，接近」，英文解釋為「to move slowly and almost reach a higher point or level」舉個🌰：

The price continues to nudge higher.

價格持續上漲。

He must be nudging 25 now.

他現在肯定將近25歲了。

3）作名詞，也是表示「（肘部的）輕推，碰」，英文解釋為「a slight push, usually with the elbow」舉個🌰：

I gave him a nudge to ask him to shut up..

我輕輕推他，讓他閉嘴。

然而，作名詞時，有個表達：nudge nudge (wink wink) 什麼意思呢？something you say when you want to suggest that there is a sexual meaning in something that has just been said. 看到這兒，就不敢瞎拍了.

下面我們來看看影視劇中的相關例句：

🎬電影《速度與激情7》（Fast & Furious 7）中的臺詞提到：What you nudging me for?  Close your mouth for two seconds. 你推我幹嘛  閉嘴歇一會吧。

🎬電影《太壞了》（Superbad）中的臺詞提到：I was gonna give you a nudge ...我本來想拍你一下，

🎬電影《女孩睡著了》（Girl Asleep）中的臺詞提到：Who needs a nudge?What are you talking about? 誰需要推一把，你們在說什麼？

所以，媒體Pandaily在介紹微信的新功能時，用的標題是：Wechat Introduces Renaming, Nudge Features. 提到了新版本中修改微信號（Wechat ID）和拍一拍的新功能。

我們主要還是關注介紹拍一拍的部分，第一段中，提到send nudges to other users by tapping a profile icon. 通過點擊用戶頭像可以實現「拍一拍」的功能。此處的nudge為名詞，profile icon指代頭像。📍icon表示「圖標；圖符」（a small symbol on a computer screen that represents a program or a file）

📍profile一詞經常出現，1）表示「（有關某人的）簡介，概況」，英文解釋為「A profile of someone is a short article or programme in which their life and character are described.」舉個🌰：

A newspaper published comparative profiles of the candidates' wives.

一份報紙刊登了候選人妻子們的對比簡介。

2）表示「關注度」，英文解釋為「If someone has a high profile, people notice them and what they do. If you keep a low profile, you avoid doing things that will make people notice you.」常用：a high profile 惹人注目/關注；高姿態，a low profile 不惹人注目，低姿態；如：a move that would give Egypt a much higher profile in the upcoming peace talks 會給埃及在即將到來的和平談判中高關注度的一個行動。

剛才也提到，如果把微信語言設置成英文，你就會發現微信官方把頭像處理成：Profile Photo，而上面的「My Profile」對應的中文則是「個人信息」。

📍上面還提到一個詞tap：

1）表示「輕敲；輕拍；輕叩」（to hit sb/sth quickly and lightly）舉個🌰：

He tapped at the door.

他輕輕敲門。

2）表示「輕觸（手機或平板電腦等給予指令）」（to touch the screen of a phone, tablet computer, etc. in order to give an instruction for something to happen）舉個🌰：

You can manage the repeat and shuffle options by tapping the screen once and swiping to the left.

你可以通過輕觸一下屏幕向左滑動來使用重複和移動功能。

3）表示「 在（電話或電報線）上裝竊聽器；竊聽」（to use a small device attached to a phone in order to listen secretly to what people are saying）舉個🌰：

He suspected that his phone had been tapped.

他懷疑自己的電話被人竊聽了。

4）表示「利用，開發，發掘（已有的資源、知識等）」（to make use of a source of energy, knowledge, etc. that already exists）舉個🌰：

We need to tap the expertise of the people we already have.

我們需要利用我們現有人員的專業知識。

🎬電影《頭號玩家》（Ready Player One）中的臺詞提到：This isn't real, you're tapping my feed. 這不是真的 你們攔截了我的信號。

🎬電影《銀河護衛隊2》（Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2）中的臺詞提到：She wouldn't even tap her foot. Wouldn't move a muscle. 她也毫不動容 連腳趾頭也不動一下。

📍提到tap，再補充一個和輕輕拍打相關的，pat.
1）表示「（喜愛地）輕拍」（to touch sb/sth gently several times with your hand flat, especially as a sign of affection）舉個🌰：He patted the dog on the head.2）補充短語：give sb. a pat on the back或者pat sb on the back表示「表揚，稱讚某人」（to praise sb or yourself for doing sth well）

🎬電影《神奇四俠》（Fantastic Four）中的臺詞提到：You all deserve an enormous pat on the back. 你們都應受到表揚。

🎬電影《水形物語》（The Shape of Water）中的臺詞提到：Give yourself a good pat on the back, Strickland. 好好表揚下自己。

可以看到，users can double-click any user's avatar. 又提到了一個表示頭像的詞：avatar.

📍avatar /ˈævəˌtɑː/ 表示「（某些網上聊天室或網上遊戲中代表個人的）頭像，虛擬替身，圖標」，英文解釋為「a picture of a person or animal that represents you on a computer screen, for example in some chat room s or when you are playing games over the Internet」，還可以指「神的化身」，英文解釋：a person or animal who is really a god in human or animal form literary. 而那部非常著名的電影《阿凡達》的英文名即為：Avatar.

📍serve no purpose表示「沒有用，沒有意義」（to have no particular use or function；to not be useful or helpful in any way）相反的serve a purpose則表示「起作用，有一定用處」（to have a use），舉個🌰：These small village shops serve a very useful purpose.

📺美劇《美國恐怖故事》（American Horror Story）第二季中的臺詞提到：But there are those whose lives otherwise serve no purpose. 但是有一些活著卻毫無價值的人。

🎬電影《大偵探福爾摩斯》（Sherlock Holmes）中的臺詞提到：Five meaningless creatures called to serve a greater purpose. 5個都是毫無價值的人 被喚去為更偉大的理想做奉獻。

Pandaily還提醒到，在群裡可不要輕易拍老闆，That being said, you may want to think twice before you nudge your boss: who knows whether the reply will be a smile or being booted from the group.

文中用的是be booted from the group 被踢出群。

📍boot作動詞，類似於kick，還真的有「猛踢」的意思（to kick sb/sth hard with your foot），舉個🌰：

He booted the ball clear of the goal.

他一個大腳把球踢離了球門。

在「地攤經濟」火了！一文中，我們就提到boot out，表示「解僱；攆走；逐出；迫使…離開；迫使…辭去」，英文解釋為「to force someone to leave a job or not allow them to continue with an activity」舉個🌰：

She was booted out of her highly paid job.

她被迫辭去了薪金豐厚的工作。

🎬電影《魔法師的學徒》（The Sorcerer's Apprentice）中的臺詞提到：You're going to get booted out of the pack! 你就會被驅逐出群體。

不過，把微信設置為英文後，你可以看到官方用的是remove一詞，移除，去除（o take sth/sb away from a place）。

最後，聽說除了拍別人，還可以拍自己。你可以試試看，別人拍自己時，微信怎麼說的：xxx nudged themselves.
