Jim Brickman,是一位來自美國的複合型人才，他不單是歌手，還是詞曲創作者，鋼琴演奏家，甚至還是一名電臺主持。他於1961年11月20日出生於美國俄亥俄州的謝克海茨，在他只有5歲的時候就開始彈奏鋼琴了，這也為他以後的創作和演奏從小就打下了堅實的基礎。於1994年發行了他個人的第一張專輯《No Words》,他贏得了許多格萊美的獎項，也為許多明星寫歌。
