《歌曲改變人生》（Begin Again）是一部2013年愛爾蘭導演約翰·卡尼編劇並執導的美國音樂浪漫劇情片，Keira Knightley、Mark Ruffalo和Adam Levine主演。影片講述了女主角格雷塔跟男友來到美國紐約市，以幫助他尋找更好的事業機會。然而男友很快與別的女子有染，導致格雷塔憤然與其分手。失意的她在迷茫時偶遇了同樣彷徨的音樂製作人穆裡根，兩人於是決定一起合作並重新開始一段感情。
