情境三：機上服務 (On The Plane)
常說請 (Please) 和謝謝 (Thank you)，請空服員幫忙的時候可以先用不好意思 (Excuse me) 起頭。
常用句式
可不可以幫忙：Can you please help me _________?

👉 勿把包包行李丟給空服員搬！空服員並沒有義務幫乘客放行李（恐造成工傷），若行李太重的話，可以請空服員幫忙一起抬，而不是指望對方獨立完成；太重而自己可能因身體因素而無法搬抬的行李請託運。

You: Yes, coke with ice, please / water is fine, (要，可樂加冰 / 水就好)
Attendant: May I get you something else? (您還需要什麼嗎)
You: Yes, can you refill my coffee, please. (請再給我一點咖啡)
👉 其他常見的機上飲料：coffee (咖啡), tea (茶), apple juice (蘋果汁), orange juice (柳橙汁), tomato juice (番茄汁), soft drinks (軟性飲料如汽水), beers (啤酒), ginger ale (薑汁汽水), wine (紅白酒)..etc.
送餐服務
You: What time will the meal be served? (幾點會送餐)
Attendant: We will serve the meals in 15 minutes. (我們15分鐘後會開始送餐)
Attendant: Please take a look at the menu. What would you like to eat? (請看一下菜單。您想要吃什麼)
You: I would like to have chicken (雞肉) / beef (牛肉) with rice (飯) / noodles (面)；I would like to have the vegetarian meal. (我想要素食餐)
👉 餐點名稱通常都是肉類（或其他重點）+ 主食（飯或面）。素食餐或特別餐點最好都事先預訂，空服員會先做特別記號並提早送餐。

👉 即使在機上錯過索取也沒關係，入境之後都有自助櫃檯可以自己拿來填寫
情境四：提領行李 (baggage claim)
Where can I find the baggage claim / baggage carousel? (領行李處/行李轉盤在哪裡)
👉 通常都有指引會告訴你的航班對應的行李轉盤是哪一個。
Where is the luggage cart? (行李推車在哪裡)
如果找不到行李
Where is the baggage claim counter for China Eastern Airlines??(中國東方航空公司的行李領取櫃檯在哪裡？)
My bags/luggages are missing. (我的行李不見了)
I think somebody took my bags/luggages. (我認為有人拿了我的行李)
👉 如果找不到行李的話，有可能是行李延誤，也有可能是被人拿走。不管哪種情形，都可以到航空公司的櫃檯回報，所以最好要留著當初搭機 check-in 時的行李託運存根。
