dictatorial
助記：dict(說)+at(動詞詞尾)+or(名詞詞尾)+ial(形容詞詞尾) 聽一個人說的獨裁的
釋義：a. 獨裁的
舉例：
The revolution bring about the downfall of the dictatorial regime。
革命推翻了獨裁政權。
predictable
助記：pre(預先)+ dict(說)+ able(形容詞後綴，表示可以被…的，有…能力的)可以被預先說的可預測的
釋義：a. 可預見的，可預測的
舉例：
This was a predictable reaction, given the bitter hostility between the two countries。
考慮到兩國之間的強烈敵意，這種反應是可以預見的。
indicator
助記：in + dic(說)+ or(表人或物)提供指示的人或物指示器
釋義：n. 指示器，[化學]指示劑
舉例：
He flipped his indicator, and took a left。
他打開汽車方向燈，向左轉了彎。
contradict
助記：contra(反對)+ dict(說)說反對的話反駁
釋義：v. 反駁，否定;同…矛盾，同…牴觸
舉例：
1. She dared not contradict him。
她不敢反駁他。
2. Her version contradicted her daughter's。
她的說法與她女兒的說法相矛盾。
