Paris, however, remains "orange" onthecountry'sCovid-19 map, meaningthevirusisstillcirculating, andbar, cafeandrestaurantownershavebeentoldtheycanonlyservecustomersoutsideonterracesandwithstrictphysicaldistancingandprotectionmeasuresinplace.

Hidalgo對《巴黎人報》說：「我們從三月份開始執行最短六個月的扶持酒吧和餐廳的計劃，截止九月份。」

Theestablishmentswillberequiredtoregistertheirrequesttousethepublicspaceonlineandsignuptoa 10-point "charter" ofgoodbehaviour.
要求這些商家在網上申請使用公共區域，並籤署10點良好行為「規範」。
Alongwithphysicaldistancingandprotectionmeasures, bars, cafesandrestaurantsmustcloseat 11pm, limitnoisenuisanceandavoidblockingpavementstopushchairsandpeoplewithreducedmobility. Theyarenotallowedtoinstallelectricalequipmentoruseplasticcups, andtheymustensuretheterracesarekeptclean, particularlyofcigaretteends.
除了間距控制和保護措施外，酒吧、咖啡廳和餐廳在晚上11點必須閉店，減少噪音危害，避免影響嬰兒車和行動不便的人們使用人行道。禁止他們安裝電氣設備或使用塑料杯，他們還必須保證店外區域衛生，尤其不能有菸頭。
